Senior Account Manager
What do you like best about the product?
Usually very easy to join a Zoom either from my laptop, from the phone app, from the browser or by dialing in. My favorite part is having my own unique link I can have for Zoom meetings. Being able to say ____.zoom.us/MyLink is so much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not easy to schedule invites in my calendar. So often I will use Google Meet instead since that is a one-stop shop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
An easy way to connect with clients, team members and partners. Journalists usually use Zoom over other video conferencing solutions. Though some still use Teams.
Great Product for Today's World
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is the easiest way to connect colleagues from all over. Super easy to implement and recognized by almost every user. We use this product daily without any issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
About the only thing is swapping between hosts or trying to help people how to figure out how to share their screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We currently have no problems
zoom is very user friendly and we use it almost everyday at the offcice

the upside of zoom is that it is very easy to explain to clients how to join a meeting even if they have never used it before

zoom solves the issue of our clients having to sign documents when they are out of town

Functionality and ease of use for all employees.
What do you dislike about the product?
No AI note taking feature. Requires additional buy up to intergrate SSO.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The new Clips features is a great way to share screen and capture voice overs for training purposes.
Great Company Resource
What do you like best about the product?
It is really easy to start up a zoom call when I need to get a visual of something. It has a lot of features that make my job a lot easier. No antiviruses block it either like some of the other programs that can be used for meeting or sharing screens.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont see many downsides with this product besides having to be licensed to access some of the features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom gives a quick and easy solution for me to meet with my boss every other week and go over the goals and projects we have.
Systems Admin
What do you like best about the product?
Admin consoles are intuitive. The screen sharing is high fideleity and allows for 4k to 4k shares with no loss of resolution.
What do you dislike about the product?
Doesn't have all of the same features as RingCentral, which has made our migration a bit harder. RingCentral has custom message notification sounds that come in handy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is alllowing our largely distributed workforce to remain in constant contact and doing this in a way that is fairly intuitive to manage.

So far so good it’s been a wonderful I like that we can collaborate all in one place and not need to exit to use another 3rd party tool

I believe if they could include more application integrations it'll help

Most reliable meetings
What do you like best about the product?
There are no issues with connecting with team members or issues with external users. Reliable software that prevents no issues unlike its competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to pull zoom links from users on the backend for those that are not tech savvy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reliable meetings both internally and externally. Enjoy being able to also see the chat history in a more seamless manner with the recent changes.
Best Video Conferencing Solution
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, can be used for remote support or meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Constantly have to update the application but it's constanlty improving.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If I need to provide remote support, zoom is a simple and quick way to do that.
