Good Experience All Around
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility of using chat, calls, webinars, meetings and phone all with one platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some admin features/settings are tricky to find.

Default settings are sometimes not what I would set, like not being able to copy out of the chat.

Zoom has been great and more consistent than other platforms for our team
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom workplace allows me to monitor my sales reps calls and also gives us the best functionality. Muliple other softwares (teams and meet) always glitch out during our calls, Zoom has always been smooth
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't had many issues. Sometimes clients have difficulty navigating and regularly have to update the software though

We're able to meet with many more clients daily by video conferencing

Zoom is a great all-in-one solution. We've been able to consolidate a number of our services into the platform, simplifying user experience and saving us money.
The only video conferencing tool I use!
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom makes meeting with colleagues or clients a breeze. There are rarely any technical issues with it, and I would choose to use it over any other video platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I personally don't have anything that I dislike about using Zoom. I feel as though it simplifies my workflow and makes for connecting with those I work with very simple.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When it comes to remote workplaces such as my own, Zoom helps to bridge the gap that can come with working remotely. It gives teams a way to connect in ways that are difficult to when employees are spaced out across the country. It brings a sense of unity when working on tasks.

Great tool for Virtual meetings
What do you like best about the product?
It's sound cancelling abaility and it's features is just amazing. Very easy to use and you dont have to be tech savvy to get around this tool. Along with this they ahve great support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's laggy and new updates tend to slow down things but this is very minor and don't happen that often

We are scattered all over the globe. Zoom helps in staying touch with our collegue and help us main better relationship even being far from each other.
