Great video conferencing experience
What do you like best about the product?
I liked all the accessibility to all the features and how easy it is to hold a meeting or a webinar on this platform it allowed me all the things I was searching for in a video conferencing platform
What do you dislike about the product?
What I disliked about the zoom was I used to get kicked out of the meeting when network was interrupted even a little.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom solved a very big problem for me and that is travelling for small meetings now I can attend or host them on zoom at the ease of staying at my desired place

What do you like best about the product?
This business problems I have solved using zoom include the safety of employees and employers amidst the current covid-19 pendamic.The restriction of travel in order to have an online meeting in the sense .Thank you Zoom.We use Zoom in every day.

I don't find any reason for dislike Zoom.

Zoom solves the problems of remote communication,enabling seamless video conferencing and collaboration.In covid-19 pendamic time we use Zoom for online meeting.Thank you.
Reliable Video Calls with a Surprisingly Helpful AI Assistant
What do you like best about the product?
Honestly, it’s the reliability. I’ve used Teams and Google Meet, but Zoom seems to hold onto a connection even when my Wi-Fi is acting up. I also really like the new "AI Companion" summary feature. It saves me from having to scribble notes like a madman during a call; I can just focus on the conversation and read the recap afterward to see what my action items are. The interface remains clean even as they add more "Workplace" features like the whiteboard and team chat.
What do you dislike about the product?
The "everything app" approach is getting a bit cluttered. Sometimes I just want to join a quick call, but the app tries to push me toward the Team Chat or the Mail integration, which I don’t really use. Also, the updates are constant—it feels like every other time I open the app, I have to wait 2 minutes for a mandatory update before I can jump into my meeting, which can be stressful if I'm already running late.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s solved the “fragmented workflow” problem for me. Instead of bouncing between recording software, a notepad, and a video app, I can do everything in one window. The biggest benefit is the time savings. Having a searchable transcript of a 60-minute technical meeting is huge—I can pull up a specific mention of a deadline or a project spec in seconds, rather than scrubbing through an entire video file.
It is a very good application for the meetings.

Nothing. It is very much convenient for evryone.

I like the intuitive interface with easy navigation and generally it works seamless without issues

We have a few big teams and sometimes we only need to setup for one big group and it's usually a nightmare. We have engineers, PMs, Bas, etc and each have an awful lots of meetings. This tool has help us setup our meetings easier.

Scheduling meetings and inviting participants takes just a few clicks, and anyone can join with just a link, even if they don't have a Zoom account.

Good product means that you just continue using it without even realize it, it is easy and intuitive to use and I like the design!
What do you dislike about the product?
About the whiteboard, I think it would be nice if I can copy and paste directly elements like post-it from Miro or Figjam, because in work, there're usually different boards we use for different projects. It would be nice if it can be seemless.
