User interface could be improved and responsive design could be added using react or next js.

Easy to Schedule Call
What do you like best about the product?
Like the easyness of the use of scheduling the call and recording it. Also it integrates very well within the Google Calender.

I feel the support and billign part meaning it was not easy to get this available we got stuck for it.

Zoom is providing feature to talk with our prospect over a video call and facility to record it also very helpful.

It has alot of advantages to the organisation hence I don't see any dislike.

It is easy to identify and acquire more clients since through screen sharing option for meeting as this enables as to display to them what the company deals with.
