Zoom is one of the best online meeting tool available in the market.
What do you like best about the product?
The most I like about zoom is we can join meetings in single click. As a technical support profile this application helps in connecting with users instantly. This also allows a screen share option which helps troubleshoot and fix the issues remotely. It provides high quality audio-video output as compared to the other similar applications available in the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
Licensing of this product is quite costly.

Zoom is very easy to use application and hence as tech support person in day to day work we prefer to connect with end users via zoom.
The reason behind using this application is -
1. We can discuss the issues with end user in zoom metting and
2. Simultaniousy by taking a remote control we can perform the troubleshooting.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is not only for meetings, it is possible now to hire people using Zoom! People get interviewed and once they pass the final round they are automatically hired. Zoom is very convenient communication tool and great software for connecting with other people. Not to mention the navigation tools are easy to use and understand. Zoom is for Everyone!

I don't have any dislike regarding the software. I actually love Zoom!

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is the best video conferencing platform. I use it daily for remote control and screen sharing purposes. From my experience, it provides the best video as well as audio quality compared to other platforms. It is easy to create a new meeting and join the meeting with the same link in different sessions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only drawback I've noticed is that sometimes I am not able to join the meeting before updating if an update is available. However, after updating, it works very smoothly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been using Zoom since 2019. Initially I used it for studying and attending college classes. Now, I am useing it professionally for remote control, scheduling meetings, and video and audio conferencing. I have had a good experience with the Zoom app, which has helped me work with flexibility in remote.

There must be more emoji to show your expression while on mute other than that I m satisfied

I can do meeting with so many people in a one go and I can set timing for end of the meeting and one for thing I can remove or mute people out of my meeting.
