What do you like best about the product?
Being able to lock down the login and room controls in general. Additionally having the auto answer allows the device to be in a secure place for public use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setup can be a bit difficult when first starting out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a place that Inmates could meet with their attorney in private per client/attorney priveledge. Have the device being set to auto answer and securely located, protects the device and keeps the inmate from being able to access the device and possibily get it to do something they are not allowed to do while they are not monitored.

What do you like best about the product?
It has the ability to hold meetings at the most remote corners of the planets easen most of the working such us travelling to the exact places it helps me alot only have to have an Internet connectivity.
It has the capacity to hold huge meeting capacity and can be easily supported by android, ipad,Mac, iphone and Web platforms.
It is simple and easy to use, just clicking the link to join meetings, vedios can also be recorded which is helpful for knowledge transfer sessions easen the work of organising meetings which is to happen at a certain place as also may be needed somewhere also.

What do you like best about the product?
It is quite compatible with our Internet connectivity hence our meetings have been good most of the time and consumes less data compared to others making it favourable for vedio comferencing.
It is easy to use,vedio quality is available on mobile as well as app and recording option is good hence provides a virtual breakout room creating room for vedio comferencing.
It's vedio webinars is straightforward since we use it for our organisations board meetings as well sharing screen is great.

Convenient way to connect and collaberate
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is convient to use and helpful with collaberation with my team in the east. It is a application I use in my every day life . I use many of the features including screensharing, zoom timer, and screen control to successfully accomplish tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
There hasn't been anything as of yet that I dislike about the application
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom solves the problem of being able to communicate conviently with my team on the east coast , and assisting remote users come to a fast resolution when troubleshooting computer issues.

Zoom is so easy!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can create invites on my Google Calendar and inidcate it is a Zoom meeting and it automatically inlcudes the link in the invite/reminder and when I go to Zoom I can see all the scheduled meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Love everything! No problems or complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to meet with students and parents virtually instead of always having to take time out of their busy day to meet at a library, etc.
