What do you like best about the product?
I always have my possible group meeting in contact groups so it is easy to call everyone at the same time without inviting each person individually hence communication system is enhanced hence more benefits to the company.
It is undoubtedly offers a reliable platform for virtual gatherings and indeed it helps me alot for my work which really help me reach those who can not be reached.
It allows me host and attend meetings in really smooth manner especially with a dynamic working arrangements that we are in during the pandemic hence communication running smooth.

It has helped me alot hence I don't have any dislike about it.

Amazing Application
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Zoom app since the time I started working back in 2019 and it never disappoints. So if someone ask for an app that we can use when doing video meeting, I always advise to use Zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure what's the least helpful using zoom as overall, it was a great experience using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems that zoom is solving is it's easier to interact with different friends even if they are not around.

What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling the call and Integration with Outlook is easy. Zoom has all the functionality during call like screen sharing, highlighting something or recording the calls. Recording the calls on Cloud is fantastic feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom Chat interface is not available or I haven't explored it yet. I wish zoom Chat is available so it will be more useful.

I love Zoom because it is the only platform I think that can hold a capacity of more than 100 participants at a go without hitches.
Zoom also offers the best audio and video quality during the virtual meeting.

Not at all. Zoom function is the best. With Zoom I am guaranteed of a smooth online meeting with zero hitches.

Zoom has been the platforms that has streamlined my video conferencing processes for the past 7 years and it is still improving day in day out.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Zoom is the ability to share large files that would be too much for Microsoft Outlook to send. It makes it easier and seamless to share information to colleagues.
It also features the ability for others to take control of your screen which is useful for troubleshooting software, project management or computer issues.

Zoom sometimes freezes during meeting calls, causing user to leave and rejoin the meeting.

I like the features of Zoom where you can interact with the people you are meeting with and you can have fun with their filters, background, and other characters. We use Zoom in all our meetings and even a catch-up with co-workers or friends.

It has multiple communication features such as chating,meetings, phone and whiteboards within one interface enabling me to give directions to the team members.
