Hassle-free Video conferencing
What do you like best about the product?
1. The software is easy to install and requires minimal effort. Moreover, it is straightforward to use.
2. Zoom's video and audio quality are both excellent. Even in low-bandwidth conditions, the platform offers clear video and audio transmission.
3. Zoom provides many options to improve the overall meeting experience. E.g., Participants can talk during meetings using the chat tool, and the opportunity to record sessions is quite valuable for future reference or sharing with absent colleagues.

What do you dislike about the product?
1. Zoom is primarily reliant on a reliable internet connection. Users may experience video and audio quality disruptions in places with poor or unstable internet connectivity.
2.Zoom provides a free plan that allows users to host meetings; however, it has some limitations like the time limit on meetings, which makes it impossible to conduct longer meetings. Furthermore, some sophisticated functions, such as cloud recording and webinar capabilities, require a monthly subscription.

1. Zoom allows people in different parts of the world to connect and communicate virtually, eliminating the need for physical travel and reducing the time and expense of commuting to work and arranging in-person meetings.
2. Zoom provides a reliable platform for businesses and educational institutions to continue operations such as remote work, virtual classrooms and online training, even during unforeseen events and disruptions such as natural disasters and pandemics.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that the first 40 minutes are free. I really enjoy this platform. I like the screen previews and screen-sharing options.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I need meetings to go on for longer than 40 minutes, and it is a little inconvenient gettting everyone back on the meeting without having the paid-for option.

Connecting with people all over the world has been truly remarkable

User identification, share link and video quickly and practically in each meeting.

That the paid mode does not limit, like the free one, and when I have used it to study, I have to be mindful of the time.

Work with Google Calendar so if there are clients who don't like Meet, having the option of Zoom is much more flexible.
Great for ease of use but security features are better in other competitors

Easy and intuitive controls make it really easy to use also great for organizing open video conferences as joining through a link is super simple.

Lots of useful features but to use them different levels of subscription was required.
This was the main reason that motivated us to shift to Microsoft teams as in only one subscription plan we were not only getting all premium features of teams but also ms office included in Microsoft 365 business plan.

Even before covid lockdown we were working form different locations.
Initially we were using Skype but then we switched to zoom seeing its catalogue of features such as video quality and large meeting size etc.

Zoom provides the comprehensive set of communication features that includes video conferencing, audio calls, and instant messaging.it also provides screen sharing in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
It faces some controversy with privacy and security issues.Also, the extended video conferencing some times leads to fatigue and reduced engagement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to improve the remote collaborations with our team members to have face to face meetings. The organisation can conduct webinars, conferences and virtual meetings effectively.

Zoom is a video conference solution that allows you to create or have a meeting via video conference call, online meeting set up from which you can discuss and can share documents via screen as art of your discussion.

this zoom is very helpfull specially no that we are still in pandemic mode. you can still meet your friends or co workers via online meeting set up without any hassle.

zoom is very usefull online flatform specially to all business industries whos clients are international or even lpcal who cannot meet you in person. Thbis is also time saving for us.

What do you like best about the product?
Zooms helps to connect and collaborate with people and help to draft emails and chat messages, and summarize meetings and chat threads. Its dynamic chat solution helps power collaboration across sessions and phones.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Zoom system gets extremely unstable and requires frequent reboots or will crashes mid-call when making changes. I have experienced some glitch that needs some improvement.

Zomm is easy to set up, use and manage and helps the team to work together. The best part; Zoom continues to innovate its platform to meet expanding business needs and also provides affordable video - enable conference meetings and allows up to 10,000 virtual attendees.

I believe zoom had been one of the earlier implementers of breakout rooms which was really awesome.

On smaller screen devices, some tools or controls are harder to find.
