What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easier to use versus some other video platforms. We appreciate being able to share screens, remit control to drive the other person's computer and being able to record audio or video in a high quality way.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downsides of Zoom are it uses a lot of computer memory and the interface and settings keep changing. Keep it easy to use and set up, please. The cost for Zoom webinars on top of meetings is a negative, and many people are starting to use Microsoft Teams or Google due to the increasing and additional costs.

What do you like best about the product?
Once you get into a Zoom Meeting it is effective and efficient to use as a classroom environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Challenging to know what features are and are not enabled for hosts and participants. Canvas LTI functionality is always 6 months to 3 years behind the webapp.
Challenging to switch between different Zoom accounts.
Seems to have spent more time developing virtual backgrounds and stickers and less on functions that would actually improve consistency and usable classroom functions.

Zoom is helping bring access to education to people who wouldn't otherwise get to pursue a degree or certificat of higher learning.

What do you like best about the product?
easy to use and easy to schedule given the integration to schedule once
What do you dislike about the product?
tons of software updates that my clients have to download and that tends to make them late to the meeting which is frustrating for them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need to show my screen and move easily between screens and it's seemless to do that on zoom.
Zoom Helps My Teammates and I Connect While Working From Home
What do you like best about the product?
I feel like Zoom is critical for productivity and connecting while working from home. I also really appreciate that I can connect Zoom to my calendar.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside of Zoom is certain features are very in your face and will pop up in the middle of a meeting and will linger.

Zoom makes it much easier to connect while working remotely, while also making it easy to schedule meetings quickly.
Wonderful for Personal Use and Work
What do you like best about the product?
The first time I used Zoom was shortly after the world shut down in 2020. My granddaughter was turning a year old in May, and I asked my children if we could see each other via Zoom. Not only did my 3 children and all 8 of my grandchildren participate, several of my son & daughter-in-law's friends were on the video call too. We had a great time talking over one another, laughing, and singing Happy Birthday. We utilized Zoom for every birthday that year. It certainly gave me something to look forward to during that isolating time.
My office utilizes Zoom all of the time; especially for depositions. I think it's a wonderful bit of technology that permits folks from around the world to stay connected.

I haven't experienced anything to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easier connectivity with clients.

We have better attended trainings and meetings due to the accessibility of zoom

The downsides occur when wifi is unstable and drops the zoom meeting or training. Also, when the system is updated, we don't get notified by zoom and we are trying to figure things out right before a training.

Zoom allows us to continue providing trainings and meetings in our daily tasks which are part of our organization deliverables.

It's very easy to use and makes it easier for me to connect with some of my clients that are not tech saavy

Haven't found anything to dislike yet, so far everything works as it should

Zoom Meeting is the gold standard
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Meetings has been the gold standard in terms of features compared to all other online meeting tools. Zoom Meetings containts features that others are trying build. Integrations to other applications is pretty easy. We use their API to implement integrations with our internal applcation; the well documentation on their intensive API made it easy to integrate. Zoom is also very intuitiive for our users to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom Meetings adds features but their documentation behind these features are lacking. We never know how to implement and deploy new features unless we build our own test platform for them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Meeting solved our integration need for our internal application as well as our need for a seamless platform between meeting internally and with our members via our app.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is a tool that promotes efficiency when meeting with staff, clients, board members and prospective partners.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the updates occur at very inopportune times. (E.g. at the beginning of a call).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows me to hold meetings with staff virtually. It is the primary tool for our board meetings. Zoom is a tool for staff meetings so that we can host hybrid meetings (in person and via Zoom). Zoom allows people in multiple time zones to work more efficiently. Zoom saves time with calendaring session (google invite). Zoom makes my life easier.
