Efficient and easy use
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to use its features offered. The games, the sharing of content, remote control to have others be more interativw with the content sharing. Participants can share their screen. Its easy to use both on the desktop app and from the mobile device app as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love eveything about it. User friendly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing content and increasing the potential for more collaborators to participate on a project in one moment
Zoom makes meetings easier and more effective
What do you like best about the product?
Most helpful thing about zoom is it's ability for basically anybody whose eve slightly tech savvy, would be able to just pick up and use. Very easy learning curve, and to find something in it is quite intuitive. Meetings can have passwords to enter the room, the amount of control the host has is unparalleled.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes participants can have difficulty especially when they're on a Mac OS as Macs can be very restrictive and locked down in their default security and permissions policies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps me connect with my colleagues that work in other parts of the country I work in as well as outsourced resources in other countries.
Excellent Tool expanding its Utility
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is the easiest to use of any remote meeting application we use, and that extends to several Zoom rooms we maintain. It is fast and simple to train someone to get use out of the software and equipment.
What do you dislike about the product?
More about the Zoom site, but the user interface for user and room administration is cumbersome and not as intuitive as it might be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When the pandemic began, we needed a fast, easy, reliable videoconferencing solution. Zoom was the perfect choice. We have continued to use it as our primary teleconferencing solution.
Reliable Service
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is consistenly available without any downtime. It is reliable service and we pay for the HIPAA compliance license which is very helpful to our providers to stay in compliance.
What do you dislike about the product?
The rate per HIPAA license is not comparable to the free DOXY HIPAA single user license. It should be reviewed to create additional levels of rates/access to be comparable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a HIPAA compliant software for telemedicine and this solves the requirement completely.
Zoom - Well Done
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is very user and admin friendly. It is very easy to configure, even advanced features like Zoom Rooms.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are in a VDI environment and not all their features work in our environment. Not sure that that's entirely their fault.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously we didn't have an easy way to use the video conferencing equipment in our boardroom, now we can.

It connection with google calendar is the best, we also use it with slack

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the ability to create separate windows for chat, attendees, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I can think about is the fact that my devices are sometimes not working in other applications after using Zoom.

Zoom allows us to conduct training and consulting to a geographically dispersed audience.

What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive commands and navigation We implemented Zoom within 2 weeks of the shelter at home orders in 2020 and have been using it ever since with our ESL, GED and other adult education classes. I love the number of help videos that are readily available on the website if I have any problems. I use it everyday for about 8 different meetings and have been able to easily integrate it into our adult ed program to support teachers as well as students.

innovations are hard to keep up to date with although they have all been great

It helps with student retention due to the ease of students joining and participating in their class. It improves our performance as an organization in attaining the goals set forth by the TWC

What do you like best about the product?
The video presentation is clearer, more flattering, and easy to understand. The extra tools, whiteboard, breakouts, annotation, chat are all easy to use and understand. There are great scheduling delegation tools for EA's and the integration with G-suite works well. AS communications consultants we prefer to use Zoom over other platforms with our customers
What do you dislike about the product?
IF you don't stay on top of the updates, it occasionally will cause problems in a meeting.

Zoome makes videoconferencing easy, and provides great CC tools to help with accessibility.
Great design
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Zoom is continuously updating the platform with improvements.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is a little difficult to navigate with multiple screens and screen shares.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has been great to be able to integrate zoom meeting links to our google calendars. Prevents us from having to use Google Video.
