What do you like best about the product?
I like waiting room feature of zoom where I can hold all the Candidates and let them admit one by one.
What do you dislike about the product?
It include high internet dependency which creates chaos many times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are many business problems which Zoom solves such as one to one discussion, managing calenders, query asking, cross border employee management etc.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the ability to record meetings and the various options for sending meeting invites with Zoom. I enjoy the ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any downside to Zoom workplace at the moment.

Zoom Workplace is solving the problem of meeting with people in different locations.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom workplace is very easy to use for meetings and team communication. Screen sharing works proper and smoothly. The video and audio quality is clear. Scheduling meetings and joining them is very simple. it work well on both desktop and mobile. We use it almost every day for team discussion regarding production issues and client meetings. It has features like video conferencing, screen sharing, recording, and meeting scheduling. We can integrates easily with calendar and email.
What do you dislike about the product?
Free version has time limit for meetings, which breaks the longer discussions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps our team communicate, discussion with client regarding production issues, and collaborate remotely. We can use it daily meetings, discussing ongoing issues, etc. It save lot of time.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Zoom Workplace has surveys built in, the option to break into groups, and an unlimited number of participants. These features are great for teambuilding. I also appreciate that the initial setup was easy and it consistently delivers good connection quality.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the video quality could be better when streaming. Also, it would be great if there was less lagging.

Zoom Workplace improves connection quality for my video conferences and offers features like built-in surveys, breakout groups, and hosting unlimited participants, which are great for team building.
Easy Access, Dependable High-Quality Video
What do you like best about the product?
It’s easy to access, the video quality is high, and it’s dependable. It’s also a well-known name, and anyone I send a link to can open it without any hassle.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s not always easy to find my saved recordings or share them. The transcription also isn’t very complete, so it can miss parts of what was said.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I’m able to use the same link repeatedly for regular meetings with staff. It’s well known, so recipients feel confident and find it easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
That it’s easy to connect and gives good links and area codes for connecting

Screen sharing limitations. At times connectivity issues and call dropouts. Frequent updates that cause technical issues.

Meetings, team chat, phone, AI tools, etc with more time getting work done. Collaboration becomes smoother. You can run or join meetings without any stress. Meetings run smoothly, clear and video sound.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Zoom Workplace is easy to use and works well even when the internet connection is not perfect. The platform feels fast and reliable. Meetings start without problems and the sound is clear. The screen sharing is smooth and the layout is simple to understand. I also like that chat, meetings and collaboration tools are all in one place which saves time and makes my work easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the app uses more computer resources than I expect which can slow down other programs. The updates also happen often and they interrupt my work. At times the chat and meeting tools feel disconnected and I need extra clicks to move between them. I also feel that some features are hidden behind menus which makes them harder to find.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace helps me connect with my team in a fast and simple way even when we work in different locations. It makes meetings easy to join and easy to manage which saves time. The chat and collaboration tools help us share files and updates without confusion. It reduces the need for travel and allows me to work from anywhere with the same level of communication. Overall it improves teamwork and helps our projects move faster.
Seamless Integration, Resource-Intense
What do you like best about the product?
I find Zoom Workplace easy to use, which is great for online meetings. I really appreciate how Zoom Workplace integrates so smoothly with other tools we use, like Google Calendar and Slack. The meeting scheduling and calendar syncing work especially well, saving me time and reducing errors. I also like the breakout rooms feature—it makes collaboration in larger meetings much more effective. The reliability of video and audio quality, even with large teams, has been a big plus in my experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I’ve noticed is that sometimes Zoom Workplace can use a lot of system resources, which slows down my computer during long meetings. I think Zoom Workplace could improve its system resource usage by optimizing the application to run more efficiently in the background. For example, reducing CPU and memory usage during long meetings would help prevent slow performance on some devices. It might also help to add settings that allow users to adjust performance, such as lowering video quality automatically when system resources are limited.

I use Zoom Workplace for online meetings, connecting people from different places easily. It's easy to use and integrates smoothly with tools like Google Calendar and Slack, saving time and reducing errors. Breakout rooms enhance collaboration, and video/audio reliability is great for large teams.

One click and you are where you want to be, this is exactly what I wanted to when I prefer to have a group chat/call and team huddles
