What do you like best about the product?
Now Zoom Workplace is integrated with AI, which adds real value by summarizing the meeting and capturing key highlights. I can also take notes during the meeting, which makes it easier to keep track of what was discussed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Right now, I feel it has too many AI-related features added.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
After the meeting, if someone shares any data with me or would like to continue discussing that specific meeting, it’s easy to do. Zoom works well and helps solve those problems.
Easy-to-Use Tool for Hosting Remote Work Conferences
What do you like best about the product?
It's really helpful to host a work conference with all of the remote workrs and it's easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that the free version is limited to 45 minutes, but once you pay, that issue is resolved.

That I can coordinate meetings with all my coworkers in different countries and communicate with everyone.

What I like best is how it brings everything into one place. The video and audio quality are consistently reliable, but the real standout for me is the AI Companion. It’s incredibly helpful for generating quick meeting summaries and action items, which saves me a ton of time on follow-ups and keeps the whole team on the same page.

To be honest, I don't really have any major complaints or dislikes. The platform has been very reliable and consistently meets all my daily work needs without any issues.

Zoom Workplace solves the problem of “app switching” by keeping my chat, meetings, and whiteboard all in one place. It really helps reduce that feeling of being scattered across different tools. The biggest benefit for me is the AI meeting summaries; they let me focus on the conversation instead of frantically taking notes, which makes my whole workday feel more productive and organized.

The most important thing is when we need to do any activity, we can create rooms in it and assign members to those rooms

Well we are using subscribed version but for free version the meeting duration should be little more

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Zoom is that is it an all in one work hub meaning that is much more than just a video meeting app.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little slow to use at times, and occasionally the meeting links don’t work. The interface can also feel cluttered and overcomplicated. It relies heavily on internet quality, so if your connection is slow, the app will be slow too. On top of that, the free and mobile versions have limited features, which can feel quite restrictive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has solved the issue of needing to be in the office all the time for meetings. You can also connect with your peers from anywhere, which is really useful for me because I tend to work from home a lot. As a result, this app has become my go-to for staying in touch remotely.
