What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace is the best because it's powerful without being confusing. The best feature today is like having an audio transcription, it helps a lot for a Virtual assistant beginner like me.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is only a 30-minute free meeting that you should use
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nothing, just to add a subscription if you want to avail extra hours for the meeting.
Zoom Workplace: Friendly, Easy Interface with Messaging and Helpful Meeting Recording
What do you like best about the product?
The best feature about Zoom Workplace is friendly and ease to use the interface, where all level of employee easily use. The combination of video streaming, messaging i.e sharing links/materials makes complete package for meetings or conferences. For keeping record the recording meeting feature is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dislike about Zoom Workplace getting or reserver system resources. Its need higher internet speed otherwise it drops audio and showing distorated video streamings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace is complete package or tool where use for instant meetings, scheduling meetings, calls, chat, which help to avoid different application for seprate things. In this comunication make faster and organized. The new feature of summerize meetings by using AI is quite benefiting to keep record of meeting agendas.

I like connecting with people outside of my local area. Can be used for both office and personal meetings.

It does use a lot of bandwidth sometimes.

Not observed and negative but while joining link from browser it ask to open in app after refresh will give option join from browser.

Collaborating in project among all team member easy to communicate take calls share files, manage meeting schedule, calendar event

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Zoom Workplace is easy to use. The initial setup was very easy, which made getting started a breeze. I value the 'react' feature in Zoom Workplace and I find it helpful for video conferencing work. Overall, I highly recommend it, giving it a 10 out of 10 for recommendation.

the links are complicated. It should be one link like Google Meetings.

Feature-Rich Yet Slow to Start
What do you like best about the product?
I find Zoom Workplace intuitive, especially with its ease of use and features. The integrations are helpful too, like having my AI notetaker join calls automatically. It lets me focus on the conversation without worrying about taking notes. The calendar syncing is great because it ensures I never miss a meeting or call. The call interface is pretty user-friendly with features like raising hands, clapping, or even saying BRB, plus the option for private or community chat during calls. I appreciate the more extensive feature set compared to Google Meet and that most of my collaborators use Zoom Workplace, making it a convenient choice.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes forever to load, even on my relatively new MacBook Pro laptop, even with it updated. I have to join calls 3-5 minutes early just to ensure I'm in them by the time they start because Zoom, when loading up, is a dinosaur.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace makes it easy to connect with my team, plan video calls, and have virtual conversations. I love the AI notetaker for focusing on calls and calendar syncing to remember meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to integrate and preplan zoom calls into my teams schedule. I am an administrative coordinator and this is a big part of my job. I like the amount of feature it offers, including background blurring, webinar, and direct messaging.

Whenever I schedule meetings it doesn’t send it to my email, I always have to add my own email after the fact to make sure it shows up on my Google calendar

It enables my team, that is in many different locations, to meet in an accessible way.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Zoom Workplace so easy and reliable to use. It offers so many different options to enhance a meeting, record a meeting, and make it almost as good as having a face-to-face call. I appreciate being able to record meetings and have transcriptions to refer back to, which saves me from scribbling notes and makes things quicker and easier. The setup was very quick and easy, and I love how it integrates with my CRM, helping me to book calls efficiently.
