Best for Business as well as for personal use
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using the Zoom for my personal use as well as in our organization for oue end to end meeting ends. during the COVID-19 times Zoom helped a lot of business as well as insdtitution to conduct their duties seamlessly. The intergration is so easy once can do it with out any help from customer support team. This simplacity made it easy to implement in our orgainzation. The platform provides number of features which made it perfect fill for business use. During Lockdown on daily basis our team used to interact using Zoom Meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not find anything that needs a changing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped me complete my master's during the time of COVID times as collages were not functional. also, our team interaction during the same time was made easy with Zoom.

The only problem I have is that it cannot be recorded by two persons on both sides only the hosts are allowed.

It helps in our company to work on our project together via screen sharing feature and also interact well.

I liked the product used online, it was good sound and video quality

I could not join from the web without installing the app, it required to be installed first, did not understand why

It has excellente collaboration features and its customer service is quite friendly. Its easy to set up because it only takes a few minutes.
Its the best tool for videoconferencing, light years ahead of the rest. Plus its video mode makes everyobe look better on camera and I love that

What do you dislike about the product?
Mostly because they have a free version. meeting can last up to 40 minutes. Its unfortunate that they have reducer the free version so much. Although I have been using it for many years, I still find the interface a bit confusing but nothing serious

Its improving its interface, its video and streaming quality as well as all the tools to access microphone, vedeo, chats, conference room, vedeo calls in a way that is more attractive to the public, making it more eye catching and eye catching

It's super easy to connect and easily give someone else the info so they can connect.

The only downside I can think of is, while using the free version, your limited to how long the meetings can run, but that hasn't been an issue for my company.

It's been an awesome tool to use for training classes. I've been a user too many meetings held on zoom and love the collaboration and all the tools.

What do you like best about the product?
What is most helpful about Zoom is the quick one step to connect. I've used other platforms to meet clients and their method seems quite inefficient. Another thing I love about Zoom 🏎️ is the virtual background feature. It allows for professional work type backgrounds that suits the niche you're in. Another amazing feature is the appointment setter or calendar feature to create an appointment or event. It's effective and easy to understand. What did we do before Zoom? I've used other platforms where features did not work or froze and buttons were not highlighted. Zoom has it all figured out and works seemlesy all the time for me and gusts or clients. Way to go Zoom! I would give it a 💯 stars. ⭐️

Right now I love everything about it. I've been using it since Covid and have never looked back. When other send me other links to meet o live I cringe. Zoom is by far the best.

Zoom allows me to meet podcast befoeehamd and also allows me to schedule all of my events professionally and seamlessly. Love their updates and free version!!

What do you like best about the product?
Dial in feature. Just dial the personal meeting ID of the person and boom, you are connected.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no direct integration with Outlook. It should have direct integration with Outlook, similar to how they have their own integration with MS Teams, allowing us to join directly by clicking "join" or with a single click in the calendar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ensure secure connectivity, unlike other apps where security is breached and an unknown person joins the group call.
Zoom is first of its kind to appear in the this group world for online meetings.
