Simple user interface easy to handle and communicate.
What do you like best about the product?
zoom has very simple features making it easy to use to communicate with people, like conference calls meeting all over. It is very to handle good with network no usual bugs and hangs makes it better one.
What do you dislike about the product?
Needs to upgrade with other applications integration. The Bowser menu needs upgradation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Distance and remote collaboration: Zoom allows people located in different geographic locations to connect and collaborate in real-time. Communication and collaboration challenges have significantly benefited users by providing them with a reliable and user-friendly platform to connect, collaborate, and conduct business remotely.
Great video meeting platform
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and featire set is incredible

The limitations of the free level with regard to time to stream on a single call
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's not really a technical problem but it's a featureset availability for free vs paid. I pay but the difference between the 2 are too far apart for the pricing
Video Conference Software with flexibility
What do you like best about the product?
We can share screens, take remote control of other screens and explain the details in an understanding way. Also can able to change the background. Main advantage is recording option
What do you dislike about the product?
At times sharing cause trouble and nothing else other than that
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since we all are working from home, this platform helps to make colleague understand what we do or where we get stuck while doing activities. Most the record option is extra beneficial
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom.is super simple to use including the chat features and the backgrounds.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like needing to download an anything anytime you're a guest
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was allowing me to see clients screen when they were having issues. It's easier to see their screen instead of them trying to explain what's happening when we see troubleshooting
Accessible and Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
It's widely known, mostly intuitive, and makes changes to adapt t consumer needs, like transcripts and whiteboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has slow loading times, will often not respond, and must restart/rejoin.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has made adjustments to having multiple hosts, allowing multiple users to share screens and become admins - especially when hosting multi-organizational webinars or conferences.

Best Platform to organize meetings
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is well known and trustable platform for remote meetings and provide facilities to share our thoughts to other on virtual mode. Easy to setup and best connections bandwidth.
What do you dislike about the product?
There not dislike about zoom but i want to suggest to upgrade better future as others have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is platform where business comes under one platform contact each other internally and take informative discussions via video conferences meetings, virtual classroom or screen recording and sharing.
Group meeting
What do you like best about the product?
What I like about Zoom is that it can cater to a large group of meeting like 20 and still no lag.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I don't have complain for zoom app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem that Zoom application solved with my experience is that if you have a large group virtual meeting it can cater all of you.
I love the face-to-face interaction
What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love how Zoom allows you the ease of replacing in-person meetings with virtual ones. There is no stress or uncertainty navigating the platform, as many people are familiar with its interface. I also really appreciate how easy it is to access support and troubleshooting ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more options for inserting links and third party plug-ins. I find copying and pasting things to the chat to be an archaic and uncreative way that doesn't allow for interaction. At least in a classroom setting, it is nice to have more interesting ways to allow for interactive activities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I really appreciate the newest update with Zoom to allow for a better streamlined service, particularly with regards to more filters, longer video-meeting times, and user interfacing.
Great video meeting software, but not exponentially better than Google Meets
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Zoom is easy to use and has multiple options for things such as webinars and large group video calls. I like that there are also options for breakout rooms on some of the higher plans.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the additional features Zoom has are helpful, unless you have specific use cases I don't see them as exponentially better than something like Googe Meets which is included in a Google Workspace subscription.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's no surprise that Zoom really took off during COVID as it gave people a simple way to meet virtually. I do find it is more difficult in some ways as it requires a separate program rather than just being able to open in a browser window.
