What do you like best about the product?
Zoom now includes Workflow Automation, which you can configure to trigger actions like saving AI meeting summaries to a Zoom Doc or Google Doc, and then automatically sharing it to a Team Chat channel—saving you tedious manual work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Current Issue: Co-Hosts still lack key powers like ending meetings, assigning breakout rooms before the session, or starting meetings when the Host isn’t present.
Suggestion: Allow full feature parity or let Hosts assign "Primary Co-Hosts" with near-equal permissions for seamless collaboration and backup.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was using during my Internship period with IBM & CSRBOX Foundation, where all our instructors & Mentors are connectes with us on daily basis and guided me towards my internship project which was supposed to be submitted at end of Internship period.

It helps me host and join meetings from multiple devices which enables me to communicate with my team members from various places hence communication between us is kept intact and we are able to advise each other.
It helps me record an event or presentation so that I can share and engage with donors or team members who can not attend a meeting and through that I get to communicate to them on a certain issue.
It provides all my leaderships with data and analytic to my team making all the operations appear straight forward which make me identify a mistake or where something is not right hence I have the ability to communicate my opinion about the data given.

Getting an analytic data is easy making communication more lived as we get opinion from a person we know.

Zoom makes it easy to set up cals,dial in and conduct smooth calls remotely,it has all the accessible tools which help us to have productive and time efficient meetings,additionally it really works well both on my Android phone and Mac.

We have not encountered any cons for the 3 years we have been using Zoom i prefer and recommend it 100%.

Bussiness runs faster without travels for with Zoom video confrencing and audio is just amazing we could not be happier as teamembers,it has increased teamwork and cut on the travel expenses.Our organization has standardized on it and is one of the best marketing decision we have made in the last 3 years.

Zoom is a video conferencing platform that can be used through a computer desktop or mobile app, and allows users to connect online for video conference meetings, webinars and live chat. The easiest to use and implement along with so many easy to use features makes this the best application available on any platform at the moment.

Just there is one limitation where in the basic plan the maximum duration of zoom calls are 45 mins
