What do you like best about the product?
I like best about Zoom is it support Large Audience,Stream your meetings in social networking,scalable for small, medium,large businesses and most importantly it is easy to use and very convenient as it supports Google Calendar.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is one of the popular video conferencing plaform but I feel in the live chat, there is no control to delete the comments of the users posted.Quality of the video should be improved to HD/4k.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It heps to interact with people accross the globe, it helps to connect with business stakeholders, attend interviews, meetings and virtual classes as well.

Nothing as of now, perhaps everything is enhanced now

What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that zoom is a global app and with it you can access and attend conferences, trainings, meetings, etc at the comfort of your home. It is easy to use and I use it frequently. It's cool features makes it fun to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sound inteferances; it disrupts the whole event.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trainings & meetings. It bridges the gap & helps save funds. I don't have to travel to partake in any of this.

Meeting recording feature along with background changing feature for better video meetings

Zoom can work on making the app and web fast while opening. I have experienced it lagging some times while using the web version

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is a wonderful platform for online video calling and webinars. It is much better than its peers like Google meet in terms of the functionality it offers. It can easily work on my laptop, phone and tablets.
What do you dislike about the product?
I use zoom for my work calls and feel like it has a problem with its connectivity but it has improved over time
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is bridging the gap for a great video conferencing platform and the biggest problem it solves is the Webinars it offers with meetings for >100 people.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is a very efficient video call tool. Quick and easy to use, integrated with Slack so I can start video meetings with colleagues at short notice. Easy to add in for interviews on Greenhouse as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does seem to update a lot so I have to restart it quite a bit but its not too much trouble.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is great for team meetings as well as quick 1:1s with colleagues. I use the breakout rooms and screen sharing a lot which is very useful and efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can use zoom anywhere, any time, and with anyone! It's great being able to utilize zoom on a daily basis with no only my coworkers and for my profession but also the ease of access and use!

Nothing at all that i can think of only being restricted to a time allotment at times for meetings
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps all of our team communicate with ease and regardless of where we each may be located at that specific time!
