Successful Virtual Meeting Platform - Zoom
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom, in my opinion, is very user friendly. When compared to other virtual meeting platforms, like Microsoft TEAMS for example, Zoom is much more user friendly and recognizeable. The chat tool is simple to use. Uploading documents is easy to do in the chat box. I very much enjoy the annotation tool and whiteboard, especially when collaborating on projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
May not be so much of a zoom issue, but when I use my Google Chromebook I'm very limited on what I can use wiht zoom. One area zoom is disadvantaged in is that it doesn't have a place to collaborate and save the work as a team, like Google Chats/Hangouts or Microsoft TEAMS is capable of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The issue of bandwith and limitations on number of participants. When the pandemic happened, educators heavily relied on this platform to continue educating to the masses. By solving this issue, we can continue providing virtual trainings to several students in various locations.

Some services do not offer multiple people to join but Zoom DOES. It is great!

it's a lightweight software, easy to use. All features for a meeting application. We frequently use it in our team for collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not have featues like mail, status, other apps integration, etc. That the only drawback.

Zoom helps in connecting users even in low internet speed. We can have facetime, collaborate with team members, have a casual conversation. Zoom is like a virtual workplace for us.

That's it provided high quality video calls and it's common in almost all countries adding it's user friendly app available on mobile, and desktop devices

Zoom has better featurs than other competitors like screen share,meeting ,single click meeting easy to use with excellent quality video conference utilities.

There are too many subscription add-ons and lack of comment control.

Zoom provides better screen share so i can give remote assistance to clients with chat,sound and video so zoom provides so manty features with single app.
