The best thing about Zoom is that it uses low bandwidth and low latency so making it easier for the people to interact with other people's in less amount of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The worst thing about Zoom is that the video conferencing only last for 40 minutes and if the user want to reconnect with the person then they have to wait for a minute.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is solving the problem like it is trying to increase the video call duration like at present it only exist for only 40 minutes and they are trying to make it upto 70 minutes.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is a very reliable software solution to connect people over video. The widespread use of this software means that users can support is widespread. Compared to other solutions, Zoom seems to be the most compatible solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing of Zoom is very expensive, which makes other platforms much more attractive for business. ~$150/user/year for the cheapest paid plan means finding workarounds with the free plan is almost necessary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows our team to connect from anywhere in the world. There are times when our team cannot mean in person, especially during the holidays, but Zoom allows us to still work as a team.

Does not consume much space and it works even with slow data connection.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are bugs from time-to-time that are sometimes disturbing.

Random disconnection in which it is fixed every other updates.

What do you like best about the product?
It's privacy maintenance and user-friendly nature. You can make individual breakout rooms in a meeting which is very convenient when too many members are present. Also, you can individually chat with someone in a meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's very susceptible to internet connectivity. A bit unstable network, and you automatically drop out of meetings. That isn't the case with other apps. Also, after you join the meeting, it takes some time to load and enter you. Not that smooth flow
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There used to be issues with connecting to audio in Zoom earlier. The button had glitches. That is resolved now. Also, at times unknowingly, calls would be unmuted. Now there is a feature to mute everyone in Zoom which is helpful in these cases

What do you like best about the product?
You can do any meet on zoom professional, personal etc. The feature of creating rooms is the best, in only one meet you can do more than one seperate discussions without disturbance.
What do you dislike about the product?
All features are very good. There's nothing to dislike about zoom.

Meets can done very easily. It makes you feel that it's just like face to face meet. You can record it for future reference, make separate virtual room for more privacy and discuss, share screen, do reaction, chat and many more.

The best connectivity for work
What do you like best about the product?
I like zoom since it is straightforward to use and has served me for different uses, for my work, my studies, and even connecting with my family; it is not necessary a lot of technical knowledge to use it; it is a success.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don't like about Zoom is that the free version gives you very little time, and you have to keep starting the calls once the free time has passed. In addition, most functions are not available in the free version, so you are left with a very basic call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem that Zoom solved and was very noticeable in the 2020 pandemic is the connectivity between people. The fact that it simply allowed you to communicate with people very quickly and continue with life as it is today benefited me a lot. Work and in my studies.

What do you like best about the product?
I think zoom is one of the best apps in the industry, we can say it is the most popular nowdays and is completely fair, its option offer to you a lot of benefits as the background changer and noise reducer that really helps in the development of business meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe it has things to work as the information saver, in my experience it uses to fail a lot and it makes me put my username and password over and over, making it uncomfortable for the user.

As I mentioned before something that was really great about the new features is the noise reducer, because in a business environment one use to be surrounded by a lot of noice and people so implementing that has been really helpful for us as users
