Convenient and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Convenient and easy to use. The controls are intuitive and the user experience is easy. Also, it's free!
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited meeting times. It can cause anxiety when the alert pops up and users are left scrambling on how to keep the meeting going.

Zoom: A Virtual Meeting Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is great for providing a space to meet and connect with people and businesses instantly. I particularly like the ease of use and ability to use background filters. I use it several times a week for internal communication and b2b communication. It is easy to set up and I like that I am able to integrate Zoom into my Google Calendar to make meetings on the spot through my calendar. I did not have a reason yet to reach customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one downside is that some organizations only may use USA made software for virtual meetings (i.e. Microsoft Teams, Google Meets). This makes it that I can't have all of my meetings on one platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ability to have meaningful meetings with people who are not able to meet face to face.

Great tool that has saved many people's lives
What do you like best about the product?
It may seem I am exaggerating with the title, but Zoom has become a part of everyone's daily activities, especially for us teachers. It is a software that many people can use, this is thanks to its friendly interface. The connectivity is near to perfect. I love the many features it provides. Basically, I use it all the time; this is the first tool I think of when I want to have virtual sessions with my peers or students.

I would say that something that can be improved is the way the menu of features that appear in the bottom part is organized or structured.

Stable connectivity and ease of use.

The best features on Zoom display good quality of vedio and we can explain our classroom and write on the display with out any glitch.many of guests can join our class smoothly.

Sometimes the voice be unclear when some guests want to join and speak

Virtual classrooms and meetings from afar are finally accessible. I can work from a beach and still have a meeting as if I've traveled to a conference room.
