What do you like best about the product?
break out groups and the ability to keep the format of previous meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the invitation is confusing for some. It is a lot of information to processs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Peoples' schedules and timing meetings. Even if it is just across campus but the schedule is tight people can zoom from their office.

Video and Audio Quality, screen sharing, remote access and all.

What do you dislike about the product?
We cant save the password for further login. Every time we need to type a login password, which is not useful. This is little troublesome to make kids use this app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Virtual meetings and virtual class when we couldnot meet physically , this zoom gives a bang to start virtual class rooms and meeting rooms. I would really appriciate for that.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is one of the best online virtual meeting platforms I've used. It's easy to use, integrates well with office and its features are easy to figure out. The learning curve isn't steep at all to use this product.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much not to like about zoom. It can be difficult to figure out the audio and visual side of it, but once you do it's pretty straightforward after that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows our office to have meetings with everyone in the company without having to get everyone together. This was helpful during COVID and contiues to be helpful today.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is the best video conferencing tool hands down, it has almost zero lag and the best picture and audio quality. Zoom is also dilled with options like screen sharing , annotations , reactions and much more.

There is no downside as of now, zoom is great as it is.

Zoom is the bwst video and audio conferencing tool. It is easy to schedule the meeting and share links. And it is easy to record the meeting and evensave the recording in cloud.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom makes working remotely much more efficient and effective. All sizes of organizations can use it, and most plans are free or very inexpensive. Users can communicate via text messages, phone calls, video conferencing, meetings, and even recorded conversations. In addition, it allows you to review your audio/visual settings before joining a conference call, preventing issues from occurring.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom's technical issues, including audio and video interruptions, are very discouraging. Interruptions can significantly slow down meetings and other forms of communication. I am also aware of previous reports that suggest this platform contains security vulnerabilities that need to be addressed in order to ensure a safe environment for all users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My work requires me to use Zoom a lot. Scheduling client meetings and collaborating with colleagues is easy with it.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to share screen, and also to "pause" the screen share. Simple settings and customizations.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if ZOOM had a setting so that when I create a google calendar meeting, it defaults to ZOOM as the conferencing solution. I'm not sure if this is possible but it would be great.

1. Limited time of access during meetings
2. App gets stuck and doesn't work at times. I will have to uninstall and install it back to get through the platform.

Helps us to get on virtual meetings with our clients across the globe. Helps us to record the sessions and share it with our internal teams for quality and training purposes

What do you like best about the product?
The software gained popularity in 2020 and was really good initially when it allowed multiple people to have their video calls without any limits. I really loved the feature it offered and the user interface made it easy to use for everyone on our team. The best part was it had apps for every platform weather android or iOS so it became easy for us to connect with each other on the device of our choice. The video quality used to be good and the securtiy features were also impressive that allowed room owner to control the room settings so it could be made sure that only invited people could join the call.
What do you dislike about the product?
As the Zoom software got the popularity it deserved, the people in the team probaly started focusing more on money and hence many restrictions were added for the people who were using it for free making it hard for people to have seamless video calls. During the same time I discoved a better alternative named teamviewer meetings and hence I switched to that. If they never had those restrictions like limited duration calls and stuff I don't think I would have switched.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped to make out communication easy since it allowed multiple people to get on a meeting. In addition, people could easily share their screen when they wanted to present something important like a presentation or something else.

What do you like best about the product?
It's helpful that most people know how to navigate using zoom. It doesn't always feel as reliable as other platforms for the same use, but it is the most robust. And it integrates with the system I have
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems to have more bugs and glitches than other platforms I frequently use such as Google Meet. I have a lot more issues with sound and video quality, often it crashes when I try to connect my pixel buds

It helps my students be consistent in class, even when they can't be in the studio. It keeps them engaged when they travel. It also helps new students attend class, even if they aren't local to the area - or if they aren't comfortable attending in person
