What do you like best about the product?
Regarding the spectrum of communication tools, I’ve found Zoom to be rich and filled with useful elements. It is particularly useful where one splits a bigger team into smaller teams for improved efficiency. In addition, i admire the safety precautions taken by Zoom to combat “zoombombing” such as the waiting rooms and the password feature. This guarantees that meetings are conducted in private and also that there is minimal wastage of time by unnecessary interruptions. Moreover, the recordings don’t consume much bandwidth, which is important when running on limited resources.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom’s whiteboard is not as intuitive as other platforms, particularly in comparison to tools like OneNote or Miro. Sometimes it is hard to pass along information, and engage in spontaneous brainstorming with someone on Zoom because of its inbuilt weaknesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom makes remote communication simple, enabling connection regardless of physical locations. It enables meetings to be held and joined without problems and, as a result, projects remain on track and the stakeholders stay aligned. Definitely, it saves time and a lot of communication problems for someone in my position.

During COVID Zoom is the only platform that helped millions and I'm one of them. It helped me a lot to connect with my colleagues. It is available for almost every device which makes it accessible for all. There are many features like live reaction, chatting between the meetings, and sharing whiteboards, you can also share files which is amazing. Now I generally use Zoom for webinars. The best thing I like about Zoom is that you can join through web browsers, no need to install big size apps or software.
