What do you like best about the product?
Outlook calendar meeting get sync with zoom calendar for easier joining, feedback page after closing the meeting, AI meeting summarizing

video quality is mostly unstable, it requires high bandwidth connectivity for better performance

What do you like best about the product?
This zoom allow us to cater many participants in just one meeting without hassle. The feature of chat and use of emoticons was very help in our class.

For me all of the features are very helpful and relevant in my field of career.

It solve my problem in getting connected with more people at the same time.

What do you like best about the product?
It allows us to speak to each other and through sharing of screens with each other makes our meetings more understandable.
Through vedio communication online am able to clarify on a certain area in the company which seems not to be performed well by the team members.
It has the ability to host a least most members of my team making me get updated about the day to day activities of my company.
It has call recording system which make work easier hence no formation of board members as may work as the controller of the meeting and also its easy to start

Through live streaming via YouTube,Facebook or athirdparty service it's easy to manage a project since it can connect anumber of people at atime creating room for giving out a personal view about the project.
It has a user friendly graphic interface that makes it popular hence helping in further explanation of an idea during a project.
Ability to share screen helps me in knowing each participants contribution towards the project hence management becomes easy and controllable.

I love that it's so easy to use and integrate with other work tools. It has made meetings very easy, and I love being able to use virtual backgrounds. and all of the various features that have been implemented to make screensharing easier and more useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of many downsides right now!

Zoom is great for both bg and small meetings. I love being able to attend virtual classes and improve my skillset as well as interact with the teacher or speaker directly in a way that might be more difficult in person.

zoom is known as the simplicity. for example children used this by their own.

i could not find any major issue but sometimes its hangs.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use for meetings, I've been using it for so many years I forget how many! And it is so easy to figure out. I use it multiple times a week, it's one of the core tools I use to run my online business. The number of features that go with it is great too, for example the video backgrounds. Long gone are the days of everyone seeing your background. Or if you don't want a background you can blur your background. I love how easy to use, a great price point, and easy for those attending my meetings to use. What's even better is when I have meetings someone can use if on their phone or even dial in, so they don't have to be on a computer just because I am. I often use the chat function in 1-1 meetings to send my clients links. It's great I can do that versus email them during the meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I dislike. Overall it's always been a great experience and I can't think of anything to improve it or that I do not like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the ease of online meetings, since I can't meet in person, Zoom is the next best thing since they can see me. It's also great to record when I have a team meeting but some of the team can' t be there. I just record and they watch it later.

I love Zoom for it's unique dashboard features arrangement, this makes it much flexible shifting from one feature to the other.
