Virtual meetings made easy with zoom
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is our first choice whenever we want to host large meetings with up to 100 participants and long sessions for thorough and productive discussions. One of the best things I like the most about Zoom is they provide a meeting recording feature with all the plans. Also, private messages and voice calls are always very useful features for corporate meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some areas Zoom can improve are:
- The time limit of 40-minute
- No pop-up warning of the time running out.
- No notification when someone joins your meeting
- Sometimes performance issues with low bandwidth network

We are a software development company and we need to communicate with our clients. Zoom helps us to effectively conduct long meetings with more participants. Zoom helps us to keep our clients up to date with all the required information.
A Superb Platform For Business Communications
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is a very convenient and easy-to-use communication platform for scheduling meetings and sharing information and knowledge. It provides a smooth connection and availability to share my screen and stream videos which is very useful indeed.
What do you dislike about the product?
We wish to have some more security measures to be implemented for overall security. Sometimes I noticed lag while sharing my screen and after stopping screen sharing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This platform is providing a strong business communication medium that is proven to be efficient in meeting overall organization goals. Clients are very happy when they find solutions to their issues while on a screen-sharing session.

Makes it easy to connect with anyone across the globe. Makes the communication faster and better.
Great Solution for Business Meetings
What do you like best about the product?
It provides high-quality meeting solutions with HD Video and Audio; I liked its interface and Video Quality. It seems excellent compared with other competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not like the time limitations for Free Bundle of Zoom Meeting, I think if it can be modified, it will be great opportunity to be the best solution for business meetings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped us in Conferences and Team Meetings and shared our files and ideas while we were not in the company, which seemed productive for us. Our Company got increased video conferences rate after using it.

I like that Zoom is available to use by anyone. I initially did not have Zoom, but it is my second most used video conferencing platform.

I'm not too fond of having connectivity problems with Zoom sometimes. There have been a few times where I cannot get into a meeting or where the sound will not work for a meeting I am in.

Zoom is solving the problem for remote workers and even students. It has allowed me to meet face-to-face with future clients or my team. It has made us closer and more comfortable communicating with each other each day.

Here you can connect with people using video calls. Zoom provides very good picture quality and consumes less internet when you share your screen or present yourself.

Sometimes when you share your full screen with another person, it runs perfectly on your device, but on the other side, it doesn't display properly. You may also encounter voice issues.

When I attend the class, its duration is 1 hour, which consumes a lot of internet. However, with the help of Zoom, I can also save my internet. Additionally, I can do other activities while the conference is running.

I like that they have a great connection to many devices. You also do not need to have a specific account to be able to use it.

Pricing for businesses. It is not suitable for small businesses.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite feature of Zoom is its ability to share screens and conduct video conferences. Because of its modern design and easy-to-use interface, I enjoy using it every time I log on. With this software, a large group of participants can participate in audio or Zoom conferences without compromising on quality. In addition, there is also great support for file transfers as well as individual conversations within meetings thanks to the dedicated 'Zoom Rooms' product, which works perfectly when set up in an office environment. Last but not least, the recording feature offered by Zoom Cloud makes hosting virtual events more efficient and fun than ever before.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the interruptions and background noise on Zoom calls as it is a distraction. Furthermore, reports of hacked meetings make me even more cautious about using this platform regularly. Furthermore, the free plan limits the number of participants at once, so I have to consider other options if I expect a large group to attend.

I have found Zoom invaluable as a remote worker for communicating and collaborating with colleagues around the world.
