Improving over time for smooth User interaction.
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom's user-centric approach makes this product a success in a short time. I like the recording feature, and the recording size is also less. The breakout room feature is a great feature to use for larger meetings and webinars. This feature allows hosts to split participants into smaller groups for more focused discussions or activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free meeting time is still 40 minutes, making it tough to use for longer meetings. Zoom still has similar glitches and connectivity issues that it used to have earlier, which sometimes becomes frustrating for users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes it is not possible for everyone to be physically available for a 30 or 40 minutes meeting. Thanks to zoom, such quick meetings can happen online with ease.

What do you like best about the product?
I like this application as it is free Application and user-friendly, and this app helped us during the Pandemic situation to meet people virtually from our Houses.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has a time limit during the meetings and any one can join with link shared and it in not having security as the details will be accessible to all the participants.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped to arrange general meetings whenever needed, either by offices, for business purpose or for the educational institutes for class rooms.
Great website for quick meetings
What do you like best about the product?
Great for meetings, one on ones and large groups. Videos quality is great. Zoom was a life saver after coronavirus

Could be more up to date. Doesn't offer anything better than the competitors

A lot of people can join meetings at once. Benefits me and my job by making announcements and updates in one space
Best platform to do video conferencing and meetings .I will always suggest zoom over google meet.

It has advanced host management features, and it is user-friendly. It can have more member limits than google meet.It supports Google Calendars and helps stream any meetings, webinars, or Facebook.

I always felt HD quality is not that standard and has a varying cloud file size. I wouldn't say I liked the comment control, too, other than that Zoom is excellent.

It gives me access to more members for video conferencing, and it is very much user-friendly than other platforms. moreover, it offers me 30 hours for one of one meeting time.

Zoom is a handy application that makes it straightforward to connect via video, audio, phone, and chat. Zoom requires an internet connection and a supported device
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes getting network issues, and there is no other thing. It is an excellent application for communicating with friends and others. Need to improve the video quality.

It resolves communication easily. It translates the message to other and quickly get the critical news. Daily, we use zoom for every meeting, and I can easily coordinate with clients.

It can be used to meet me tomorrow at home and cost effectiveness I don't know how much is the best software for the way to office

They will not user name and number to call u later in the morning I will come in the evening today I will come to the way to office tomorrow morning at the same time

It's very good and effectiveness to use it can happen in a meeting at least you are free call you later in my room and reliability to March me the employees

What do you like best about the product?
Setting up interviews and meetings using Zoom is very convenient and easy. It is very user-friendly and does not require familiarity with the software to join meetings/calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
The time limitations on Zoom meetings is not a feature I like as meetings can be going on and run over the time provided...I would also like to see aesthetic improvements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is helping me schedule interviews in my recruiting role; it is a more straightforward software to use compared to Microsoft Teams as several of folks I interview have shared that they have less difficulty logging into calls vs MS Teams invites.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom enables me to work with coworkers in a way that is seamless. Better than a phone call, and the onboard tools are great. The breakout rooms make large meetings more manageable and interactive.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is hard to replicate being in a room with someone. Sometimes screen editing and control can feel cumbersome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have teams that span cities, offices and time zones. We need to be able to collaborate remotely. Zoom enables that.

Zoom allows different ways of scheduling a meeting. It also has breakout rooms facility.

Nothing much as i feel it is relatively best placed when compared to its competition.

The feature of a private chat is very immersive.

We cannot edit/delete words once we send them in the chat.

Zoom facilitates real-time connections with distant contacts. Since I started taking online classes and webinars, Zoom has been especially helpful to me.
