What do you like best about the product?
Super intuitive, user friendly and useful. The support team is very helpful and responsive. So the customer service is 10/10 in my opinion.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think sometimes the loading or redirecting can be a pain. The flow in light here is when you want to redirect from a browser to the desktop application upon clicking a Zoom meeting link.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bridging the gap between my business connections. It helps me display and present my ideas to various internal and exernal stakeholders effectively and easily.

At times, the meetings gets closed automatically.

It resolves all the bugs that it faces regularly.
Meeting have never been easier
What do you like best about the product?
Once we went remote zoom was our best option amongst others. Easy to use, easy for classes, easy for meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
zoom can be very laggy and slow at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meetings/classes from home instead of having to come in on your days off.
Best tool to communicate with colleagues
What do you like best about the product?
I like the various options that zoom can offer you when you are making any call or video call with your colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that i dislike about zoom everything seems perfect and well optimized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom help us to achieve the greatest results when we want to have a business call or either a daily check-in call with our colleagues to discuss what we need to to day for our projects etc.

Zoom for its ease of use and the ability to conduct virtual meetings and webinars with a large number of participants. It has customer support and has lots of features like background changing, employees using it frequently so has frequency of use and it is easy to implement and integrate
What do you dislike about the product?
due to privacy and security concerns that have arisen, such as incidents of "Zoom bombing." Additionally, it can be taxing on device resources, and the free version has limitations, including time limits on meetings. Some find alternatives with better features or security measures.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
zoom allow me to meet from native place or from my home easily

2) The best thing I like here in this app is that the host cannot turn on your mike or video.
3) Even if you turn on this app and do work in some other app, this app automatically joins the call.
4) I have been using this app for 5 years on a daily basis.
5) There are features like a virtual background and a blurred background.
6) It is easy to implement in businesses like easy to invite people into a meeting as hosts.
7) This application can be integrated into our business process for any project.

What do you dislike about the product?
When we log in through the phone, we are able to see picture and mike. We have to swipe to see who and all joined. This feature can be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is an outstanding application and one thing I love about Zoom is the mute feature. I can stay in a meeting by muting myself and at the same time I can talk to my family and no one in the meeting can hear.
The marvelous app for video chats
What do you like best about the product?
It is the best app for the business video chats. Numerous number of people can join and share their views. There will waiting rooms and we also share our screen.
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficulty in spurring a natural discussion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The screen sharing is the best option that we have because we can easily explain our thoughts by that.

It is easy to use, I can see my colleagues and connect remotely, and I love the screensharing option.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are meeting limitations, sometimes the CC option isn't exactly accurate or shown in real time.

Helping me to connect with my coworkers as we all work remotely. Helps me to get a sense of personal connection.

Zoom is super easy to use and allows all users to easily learn the features of the platform.

Not much! It works well; maybe I do wish there was a little more security.

I work for a fully remote company so Zoom allows us to quickly and easily connect with our coworkers as well as our company.
