A Deep Dive into Zoom Meetings
What do you like best about the product?
The one thing that I immediately noticed while was using Zoom was the quality of the audio and video, which were by far the best compared to most of the products out in the market.
The second feature that caught my attention was the amazing customer support that Zoom offered. They offer a range of resources from tutorials to FAQs and they also have an responsive support team.
In the company that I'm working now, Zoom is the go to application for all collaboration, from hosting huge video conferences to small team meetings. We use Zoom on a daily basis and the frequency of usage is really high.

What do you dislike about the product?
In the beginning when I started using Zoom I was overwhelmed by the UI as it had a lot of features and settings. Still the issue persists, it would be great if the UI is a bit more user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Meeting has really been a blessing for remote work and collaboration, it has allowed me to connect with colleagues and clients around the world seamlessly. Apart from all this Zoom has helped me save time and resources while enabling me to maintain productive relationships. One of the major problems that Zoom is solving is regarding the environment as it as reduced environmental impact vastly, by reducing the need to travel and in-person meetings, which in turn contributes to reduction in carbon emissions. This aligns with the growing emphasis on sustainability.

Not everyone has mic or video. This can cause an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To teach new hire that may be 3 1/2 hours away. Easy access to thier screen.

Zoom is best for bringing people together seamlessly, whether it is for work or online class, virtual hangout. It has features like screen sharing contributing to it's helpfulness

I saw some some users that find Zoom's security and privacy issues concerning. It's essential to stay updated on their privacy settings.

Its good for explaining someone any thing easily , even you can use Annotation tools for explaining something perfectly , highlight text and many other featues.

Zoom is the most popular video conferencing platform globally. It popularity can be attributed to several factors including but not limited to its easy to use mode, reliability, steady and clear video quality and ability to get many people connected at once from any part of the word.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at all, but if it can be a bit data friendly and allow a longer time setting for meetings

I don't dislike Zoom on the contrary Zoom is an excellent product but their is room for improvement especially with people with low network speed, I sometimes get dropped out of meetings because of low network speed.

Zoom has help me with collaboration with project teams , as well as learning virtually, it is also good with business meetings.

1-Real-time collaboration: Allows real-time document collaboration by different users on different parts of the same document. 2-Social Network Connectors and Authentication: As an alternative option when you need to log into a meeting with a personal ID, you can use social network credentials.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is actually a time limit for one meeting. It is actually user friendly but there are too many control buttons and if you lose track, you will end up getting confused. Customer service hasnt always been great, doesnt reply on time and do not take any issue seriously at times.

What do you like best about the product?
As an admin I oftenly make proper use of the RECORDING functionality. ZOOM saves fast hand notes of discussions and action points of my meetings with my team. I have held several emergency meetings successfully whole recording which is proving efficient and easy for my report purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Aside the bugs resulting from network issues once in a while, of which can be fixed, I have no coomplaints of any nature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The hustle of finding and compiling several minutes of meetings whenever I need to write my reports. ZOOM RECORDING ensures I do accurate reports which is key in my capacity.

Our company uses Zoom daily to collaborate and reach each other across multiple offices. The screen sharing and ease of use is truly a game changer. We use the software daily as part of our normal operating procedure.
