"Face-to-face" even when far away!
What do you like best about the product?
I love utilizing this program because it makes it easy for me to meet with clients in a "face-to-face" setting even when a client cannot meet in-person. Meetings are made easier through zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't really experienced any issues with the program other than connectivity and adding people to a meeting, but that is usually an easy fix. I love haw you can utilize the program through both the app or via a web browser.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to screen share information while on a meeting or sending it during the meeting via the chat aleviates me having to send it via email (where sometimes, the sizing is too big to be sent that way).

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, the fact that EVERYONE uses zoom helps, as we rarely run into issues with individuals not able to join zooms due to unfamiliarity with the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost of non free memberships is a bit too high to justify. Because of this we do multiple daily 45 minute meetings to ensure we can hit the length we need throughout the day but this is not efficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows Argo to remotely train agents and get them live working from home, and for argo to do so from a decentralized location. Zoom is our local coffee shop we can bring a prospective employee to for an interview.
Wide range of features with seamless video conferencing
What do you like best about the product?
It's having very user friendly interface which provides consistent seamless video and audio quality with some amazing features. It is being used for casual or business meeting for small scale or the larger one without any issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's has limited free time which offers to use it for very small time of meetings. It's having quite high membership subscribtions for individuals users. It has some security issue in past but now they have sloved it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It a very amazing platform which is providing service for video conferencing meeting with seamless connectivity. It's has played significant role during Work from home situation i.e. covid period.
Continues to as a must have since the days of Covid

I enjoy the quick and functional video calling. Video calling is strong, as well as audio.

Quickly need to upgrade to a paid account.

During hybrid work with teams, Zoom is the right tool for reliable audio and video.

Video Quality is good rather than other video conferennce tools available. Features of Zoom for all types of custommer staible and beneficial.
What do you dislike about the product?
The data capture it needs more than the other related tools. Some time connnectivity issue with this.

What do you like best about the product?
it is very easy to communicate with team on audio as well as video. You can easily share your screen to discuss the regular work and queries if any with your team members. It provides session recording feature as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
there is nothing which i dislike about zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
zoom really helps in conducting knowlegde sessions as nowadays many team members used to work from home. So, you can easily demonstrate the tools and applications along with recording so that one can go through it later if they missed the session.

simplicity, use friendly app. Can work seamlessly on any platform and even on mobile and mobile browser. call quality is great

No such dislikes. I hope they continue to evolve the product. and increase limits of attendees in free version

In era of remote work, we needed a solution to connect with peers and co workers efficiently. Fortunately zoom provides just that. Simple app with only required features and good quality.

Hassle free logon to calls, no audio issues while connecting or disconnecting headsets

It's ease of use. In both setting up a meeting, and in using or joining a meeting

I don't like when you reschedule a zoom call, you get an email every time to say "you have rescheduled this zoom". I find it a bit repetitive to get these messages in my inbox

It solves the need for face to face meetings. Previously all meetings would have been in person, when in actual fact most of them do not need to be f2f

no flaws in zoom since it flawlessly meets all my day to day requirements in scheduling the meeting
