Zoom for smooth meeting online
What do you like best about the product?
What I like about zoom is that people can access it when they have a link and need to input a code. I also like that my phone is not lagging when I use it even if I'm using my camera the whole meeting. Additionally, it is easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don't like about zoom is sometimes there's an error when I'm joining a meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When everyone is not available to meet in person, zoom is helping us to meet online.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability which Zoom gives me to log into meetings using my social network account, instead of my personal ID is a lovable part of my Zoom experience.
It is also important that I am able to integrate Zoom with my work email client. Thus , making my work email and calendar to be interwoven into Zoom, thereby making my day to day handling of email and video based communication from any location to be as seamless as possible.
Putting my three most important communication work assets ( Zoom , work email and calendar) side by side, has streamlined my workflow and simply made me more productive at work.

What do you dislike about the product?
In the past when I used Zoom in my personal capacity, before it was adopted officially for use within my company. It used to lack an automatic meeting transcription feature.
Fortunately, this is no more the case, therefore I am very okay with my Zoom experience.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a result of Bluejeans official announcement that they are retiring their video-conferencing software this year , my organization adopted Zoom as our main software for video-conferencing purposes since the beginning of this year.
Zoom is enabling employees across my company to connect in real time and get work done via remote collaboration , no matter the physical location of employees . Its popularity across professional settings globally , makes it easier for me to collaborate with external collaborators .

Zoom A Wondeful Suite for Online Meetings and Team Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is very user friendly, requires almost zero training and with a tap of clicks enables to schedule meetings and do quick team collaborations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes its client will start update on start so its bit annoying sometime when I have to join meetint at last moment and zoom client takes couple of minutes to do an update.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provide a very robut platform for doing quick meetings between multiple teams located in multiple site offices. It gives experience of almost face to face interaction and its have is very quick transaction from onsite meeting since covid remote working and time afterwards

Some of the best features of zoom are highlighting the screen when someone is presenting.
What do you dislike about the product?
The remote control is a very good initiative but it is still very slow and needs improvement.

I appreciate the easy-to-use interface, reliable video conferencing, and features like virtual backgrounds, breakout rooms, and screen sharing that enhance communication and collaboration.

I absolutely enjoy all aspects of Zoom. It is my preferred virtual meeting platform.

You don't need to go anywhere you just need a good wifi's connection and you can communicate in home or anywhere with team or individual interviews, meeting or any other activity it's an amazing app indeed

Some time poor connection but that is not for zoom . Zoom is multi feature communication app

When you have to visit somewhere and you need day off but with zoom you don't have to take off you just need a short break from work or home

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about the app is it's providing me the easy connectivity with my colleagues, friends, family across the world. zoom is providing lots of features like zoom room, sharing screen,etc.

Nothing as such.but there is always a chance for improvement.

Zoom has significantly solving customers problem.technical team is been working on problems very quickly.that's the reason why the zoom is one of the top video conferencing app today.

What do you like best about the product?
It does not glitch like other services. Integrations to zoom are also great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom logs me out all the time for no reason. This can cause stress when trying to get on a meeting with little time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows us to meet with clients and internally within the company. We are able to have large meetings regardless of what the other user uses for video conferencing.
