I've used Zoom to catch up with friends and family during the pandemic, and it's been great. We're able to see each other's faces and have conversations as if we're in the same room. The audio and video quality are both excellent, and it's really easy to use.

It's used connect people through Audio and Text option. If the candidate not answering the phone means we can able to sent voice message also. In that we can mention our contact number.

sometime the number is correct but not able connect the people because it's stating that the number is invalid OR not in service. In that scenario we are not able connect the people.

Zoom can be used over any device and the interface is very user friendly and easily accessible. The free version comes with lot of features and there is almost no need to use the paid version expect for the time limit for meets.

Sometimes it lags or hangs at the starting of the meet And even during the meet some technical issues are observed with larger audience and sometimes the connection will be disrupted
