It is very easy to use and allows many people to join.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free sessions last 40 minutes and that cuts the conversation short.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The only flaw I see with Zoom is that it cuts off the call and you can't use the same link again, in the case of free accounts.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of connecting with people. During covid my organization would not have been able to operate efficiently without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any issues. Setting up the calls are extremly easy.

Zoom saves time and enables us to reach people further away.

Trying too much to create it's own platform instead of better integration with others.

Clear connectivity, seemless mobile integration, allows remote employees and clients to connect with each other!

Nothing to dislike but would be great to have a scheduler feature similar to individual calendar vendors.

ZOOM allows our staff to work and communicate seemlessly and effectively from anywhere! We don't need to incur the cost to maintain physical office space or rent spaces for events, because ZOOM provides a platform for our team and clients to meet virtually.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and the features which are enabled for the users is the best thing I found attractive to use Zoom in a wide level, and the implementation was also very much easier compared to other video conferencing platforms I used
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say nothing because. I have never felt anything bad about while using zoom except one time because of the internet connection issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Screen sharing and taking a seminar for a big group was never easier. After i started using zoom and it's various features. It enabled me to do stuff more effectively and efficiently. One important thing was the room creation and adding people to it.

Possibility to make separate rooms when working with groups.

Sometimes updates happen just when I am starting a call, but this isn't such a big deal.

Distance between me and my students doesn't exist anymore.

It is very simple to use, even the older members of our team can figure it out. I used the tool to organize some focus group interviews and the people who never used zoom were able to easily download it and connect to our call.

IT IS SOLVE ONLINE MEETING PROBLEM. IT BEST BENEFIT TO ATTEND ONLINE CLASS DURING COVID IT IS TOO MUCH PROVIDE BENEFIT. WE EASILY WORK OUT FROM HOME DUE TO ZOOM.
