Zoom uses icons and and easy categories to use in communicating and collaborating within and outside of your organization.

I dislike that I have not been able to figure out how to connect my bluetooth earbuds so that I don't have to use bulky headphones.

Zoom eliminates having to meet in person; during COVID, Zoom was a lifesaver, enabling me to keep in touch with colleagues and clients

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is the best and the most safe place to place meeting with single or a bunch of people. We have the option of screen sharing and recording which makes it more helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
No cons as of now for Zoom, it's very helpful.

Zoom is helping in communicating with people overseas and plays a huge role in work from home. It delivers exactly and have the best software connection.
Best app for online teaching
What do you like best about the product?
Having to click in a link to be able to access a virtual meeting is amazing and easy. The whiteboard is one of my favorite features, including the breakout rooms.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's quite heavy but it's understandble since it offers a lot of tools. Sometimes it lags with the headset and it's not recognized. It would be great to change the name of the breakout rooms without having to close them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having employees from different states and countries cannot be trained in house, but using Zoom, we can still have an online training and be able to help the employees learn.

It is a little expensive that other tools and it should bring chat collaboration as well.
