Zoom is a fantastic platform for virtual communication and collaboration. Sometimes I observed poor connectivity, frequent disconnections, and poor audio/video quality during Zoom calls.

The best part of this application is user friendly and can record the audio and video facilities.

I personally faced lagging of application issue.phone is hanging sometime.

It making simple to share the screen and setting the audio connections. It make my work life easy.
A Great Meeting Tool
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and has minimal UI. It is easy to take calls and meetings remotely with a one-click join feature. It has good features like recording audio and video, and taking screenshots. It also provides various emojis. It also offers meeting scheduling.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is good software, but its free version has 40 minutes time limit, which is a downgrade. It takes too much time to start and has some bugs and lags during meetings. Its customer support is also not very good and helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a working professional, it helps me schedule my meetings with the correct date and time. Enables to collaborate, share my ideas, and work with clients and colleagues.

What do you like best about the product?
The audio quality and low latency is the major thing that I like about zoom. Also host have panelty of options like mute someone, remove someone, etc. Also, the whiteboard option is quite nice.

While using on browser sometimes it lags

The major problem that zoom is solving is that in some organisations google meet is not allowed so people prefer zoom call. Also Sharing the meeting invite is easy.

To facilitate remote conferencing with external prospects who are not using Microsoft Teams or prefer Zoom due to familiarity.

What do you like best about the product?
Virtual Meeting, We can use it for a virtual business meeting; 40 people connect together in one meeting. We can chat there, send file documentation and share. The video Conferencing quality is good.
What do you dislike about the product?
The subscription price is high for large scale. Connectivity issue and privacy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Due to virtual conference meeting we can connect together no matter what where we are. In lockdown we create project together by using help for zoom. Documetation project share are possible. Virtual Class room, screen sharing.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the versatility and ease of use of Zoom. It's a great tool for both personal and business use, as it's simple enough for anyone to use, yet advanced enough to handle complex professional tasks, with plenty of flexibility in terms of customisation options. With anywhere, anytime access on virtually any device or platform, there's no denying how useful this application can be in our current working environment, which has largely moved online due to remote working conditions. In addition, I appreciate how the open architecture allows third party applications to be integrated via their own store feature, giving users even greater flexibility depending on the specific requirements needed - resulting in greater overall productivity when using it!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that Zoom does not always sync correctly with Google Calendar. Having to access the webinar URL from the calendar instead of automatically logging in as the host can be cumbersome and causes unnecessary interruptions. It would be more efficient if Zoom could identify users without requiring any additional input or steps, so hosts wouldn't waste time double-checking their link before entering the meeting room.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom solves my frustration with inconsistent audio and video quality when using other programs. It allows me to conduct professional meetings with confidence, knowing that the audio and video will be clear, crisp and uninterrupted.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that we can record a free meeting and before start the meeting we cant configure as we want. Another point it's that we can see the person it's joining the meet before the mic or video it's on, it's a good time to privacy.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not too friendly with the configurations bar, chat bar and others, Should you have a better user platform web, more friendly user, like is in the mobile app.

Fast meeting without bureaucracy, regardless of where you are, and how much money do you have, because even for free and on your cell phone you can use zoom, it's good.
