What do you like best about the product?
Setting up Zoom has proved so simple even for a beginner like me, with whom it has been used in different kinds of meetings. The user friendly interfacreen sharing is easy, and the quality of video connections is great, something very important for our everyday tasks. Understand how Zoom Meetingce of the dashboard makes scheduling a meeting in advance easier and stress free. Ss create a connected experience for the team despite being in different locations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nevertheless, Zoom is not cheap and should be compared with other similar softwares. However, at times it tends to form a barrier for smaller teams that need sophisticated features but with more affordable costs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has greatly helped in solving the issue of ensuring the smooth communication with a remote workforce. That has been of help by saving me time I would take in establishing connections, and hence increasing productivity.

It's very easy to use. It allows for great functional video conferencing, chat features, and document sharing.

Sometimes the video quality can be iffy, if the internet connection is not stable.

Zoom allows me to communicate with other companies to collaborate and communicate effectively.

It is very easy to use, specially creating zoom link for your meetings, with convinient adjustable settings on Audios, Camera and Backgrounds.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any negative comment on this video conferencing software systems.

When having meetings, it has adjustable settings on audio, camera video and background. It really helps too, by sharing your screen to fully present some discussions on your team.

Zoom is easy and convenient to access. It also provides content sharing, live chat. It is also a Google Calendar support so it is easy to track your meetings everyday.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I don't see any issues or inconvenience with Zoom.

Make it easier for clients to talk to us, Since our client is in abroad. They can teach us and train us via Zoom because there is content sharing/screen sharing options. It has also Google Calendar support to track the meeting easier.

In single word I can say "Video and audio clarity".
The best part of zoom is video and audio clarity. Here you have feature to enhance video clarity even in low light area. You can also tuned your audio.
Very easy to understand the UI. Lots of option of customize the video by using theme based backgrounds.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes faced technical glitches durin connectivity due to outage of resources. Zoom can improved there outage issue otherwise everything is superb.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As all we know, Zoom helps to connect virtually very effectively. Its help me alot during the day to day meeting and screen sharing.
