Zoom, Best Video Conference
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to use, user friendly and love how when i sent over email invites my account is already hooked up and has a zoom link. It has the best pictre qauility by far and the features of the platform are easy to navigate around!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Zoom likes to update too much and will interfer with coming to a zoom meeting early. Updates should be done without having to open to app on the computre and done automically over night so it does not interfer with meetings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is letting our teams get face to face time with clients who are all over the US. This is essential for client services and having that face to face time during meetings to go over strategies and planning.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful aspect of Zoom is its connectivity to people who you normally wouldn't be able to communicate face-to-face by means of Zoom's visual capabilities. The upside includes the versatility of being able to use Zoom on laptops, smart TVs, smart watches, tablets and cell phones.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom has reduced its presentation usage to about 45 minutes on the free plan which is unfortunate. If Zoom could extend the time of the free plan to more usage time, then that would be fantastic, especially, for business presentations that are usually about that length of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is allowing me to fulfill a problem of bridging the gap of face-to-face interaction with anyone who is too far away to meet in person. Therefore, Zoom's technology to allow visual representation of attendees and computer presentations allows business and education to continue.

Kind of expensive to have to not be cut off.

Not having to work in person. Being able to work virtually.

What I like most about Zoom is how it is super user-friendly. Its interface ensures that our team, regardless of technical proficiency, can navigate effortlessly. The platform consistently provides exceptional audio and video quality, enhancing the professionalism of our meetings and presentations. Security, a top concern for us, is bolstered by Zoom's robust features such as password protection and encryption, ensuring the confidentiality of discussions, especially those involving sensitive data. Zoom seamlessly integrates with our existing tools, streamlining our workflow for document sharing, collaborative projects, and meeting scheduling. Lastly, the recording feature allows us to preserve vital information for future reference, facilitating knowledge sharing and retention.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love Zoom and if there's anything I could point out as "negative", it would be the abundance of virtual meetings that has prompted a sort of "meeting fatigue" among team members, potentially affecting productivity.

Zoom is solving the challenges of distance and remote work, improving communication efficiency, enhancing client interactions, fostering collaboration across departments, simplifying document sharing, and aiding in knowledge retention. These benefits are instrumental in maintaining my team's operations, serving our clients effectively, and supporting a productive and flexible work environment.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use. I can access everything I want. Having it available on the mobile app makes the product great. I recommend its use to everyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the backgrounds for video are insufficient when holding video meetings over Zoom. When the background is activated, there are freezes in the image.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Usually, when I need to have remote meetings with my clients, Zoom helps me. It allows me to have a quality meeting. We can meet face-to-face with my clients.

It's little bit difficult to navigate. Zoom's time limit for meetings is far too short.

It is the best app to connect peoples on vedio calling, while doing meeting on vedio calling this app supports very well, voice is clear, we can do chat on this and also share screen to the team mates for information flow.

Everytime i use Zoom app it looks better and better . from my recent experience i do not have any dislike about this app . It is the good experience while doing vedio confencing . All over its a good app to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can join vedio conference from phone acess and can join from anywhere and anytime . voice clarity is very fine while conferencing. screen sharing option is also good and with this option we can do the important meeting from different located team mates.

I don't dislike anything about Zoom. I've used it several times and I have no complaints
