The AI feature to transcript a meeting is amazing.

Should be able to use the whiteboard more effectively.

Conferencing, sharing screens, AI features are all making life easier for me.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom workplace app is one of the best apps and with this app you can organize meetings online for school colleges and for offices

The time given for the meeting is very short that is 40 minutes free..but if you want unlimited time you have to pay for it

It solves the problem of online meeting as it make it so easy and convenient for the organizers to organize the meeting
Essential for Balancing Work and Study
What do you like best about the product?
I use Zoom Workplace for my online classes and appreciate how it allows me to balance my work life with my student life. It's easy to use and access, making it a blessing during presentations. I really like the screen sharing feature and the ability to have my camera on simultaneously, which helps me maintain eye contact during presentations. Setting it up and navigating through the app is super easy. I enjoy using Zoom more than other platforms like Google Meet.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about Zoom can be the occasional lag during classes. Zoom has cut some classes short by ending the meeting mid class.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoom Workplace for balancing school and work life. It lets me share my screen and camera during presentations, which is crucial. It's easy to set up, navigate, and enhances my class presentations. However, occasional lag can disrupt classes.

Chat and document collaboration are less powerful compared to dedicated tools like Slack or Google Docs.

Zoom Workplace helps cut down on tool overload by keeping meetings, chat, and scheduling in one place. It makes it easier to stay aligned with teammates and loop in external partners without jumping between platforms. Having reliable meetings plus recordings and summaries also helps with follow ups and lets me catch up quickly if I miss something, which saves time overall.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Zoom Workplace brings everything together in one platform. The video meetings are reliable and easy to use, and I really enjoy the chat and calendar integration because it helps keep communication organized throughout the day. It allows me to quickly see availability, schedule meetings, and follow up through chat without leaving the platform. It saves time and improves response speed. The initial setup of Zoom Workplace was very easy and straightforward. The platform is intuitive, and most features were ready to use right away without needing much technical support.
What do you dislike about the product?
One area that could be improved is occasional connectivity or audio issues, especially during peak hours. Sometimes notifications can be delayed or missed, particularly when switching between chat and meetings.

Zoom Workplace helps me communicate efficiently with clients and coworkers, solving issues with missed calls, delayed communication, and coordination by allowing easy calling, messaging, and follow-ups in one place.
Effortless Video Conferencing and Seamless Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom makes video conferencing easy, interactions and collaboration fun, and the platform is well-received by many in the business community. Installation is a snap. I use Zoom about half the time and I use MS Teams the other 50% of the time. Zoom works very well!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Zoom workplace has a hard time launching from the browser trigger but I think it is the office secruity policy that causes the issue and not Zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps make it easy to connect and interact with people from anywhere in the world. It is great for webinars, meetings and conferencing.

It has so many tools that can be used during meetings and since it’s widely used it’s accessibility for clients is easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t have much that I dislike! It’s a great app to use for so many things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the screen sharing aspect when chatting with clients, which is super beneficial when talking through their information together.
