What do you like best about the product?
Screen sharing is extremely seamless and the calendar integration is extremely smooth

I'm not a huge fan of the limited time for free meetings

Zoom is a tool which is very commonly used so the network of users is very vast. I am always guaranteed a client will feel comfortable using zoom.

What do you like best about the product?
I also like how reliable it is meetings start on time, the audio and video are usually clear, and it works well even when the internet isn’t perfect. Overall, it just makes collaboration feel easy and natural, especially when you’re working with people in different locations
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike is that it can feel a bit overwhelming at times. There are so many features and notifications that it’s easy to miss what’s actually important or feel distracted.
I also find that long hours on Zoom can be draining back-to-back meetings don’t leave much room to reset. And sometimes, even small updates or changes to the interface take a while to get used to, which can interrupt the flow of work

What I like best about Zoom Workplace is its ease of use and quick implementation, as users can start or join meetings with minimal setup and no learning curve. It’s a tool I use frequently because it’s reliable for daily communication and collaboration, offering a strong set of features like screen sharing, chat, breakout rooms, and recordings without feeling cluttered. Zoom integrates smoothly with calendars and other workplace tools, making scheduling and workflow seamless, and while customer support is rarely needed, the available documentation and support options are helpful when issues arise.

What I dislike about Zoom Workplace is that some advanced features are locked behind higher-priced plans, which can limit flexibility for growing teams. Occasional performance issues like audio lag or connectivity drops can happen on unstable networks, and the interface, while simple, can feel a bit crowded as more features are added. Customer support can also be slow to respond on non-enterprise plans, which can be frustrating when issues affect important meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
I started using Zoom Workplace from covid time and i am still using it. It is very easy to use and it can be used anywhere. Zoom Workplace video and audio quality is unmatched. Even in larger meetings the quality stays same. I love this app as it consists everything that one requires (chats/screensharing/meetings/calendar/ Ai summaries). The best thing about Zoom workplace is that it works across all devices from phones to computers. I also really appreciate the customer service as they act on problems really fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there is not much to dislike about Zoom Workplace. There was a time when i used to use Zoom everyday and it worked really well all the days.

I can meet people anywhere and at anytime. My primary use of Zoom Workplace is video conferencing. I attend online lectures, meetings and interviews through Zoom Workplace. It helps me to share my ideas using screen sharing. Thus, It helps me to work better during remote work. I never miss anything from lectures/meetings and all thanks to the Ai summaries. Zoom workplace improves productivity, teamwork and communication.

Although Zoom Workplace offers many advantages, one aspect that can be improved is the organization and management of notifications. Sometimes, we receive redundant notifications or ones that are difficult to filter, which can affect concentration. Additionally, some advanced features, such as space management or specific integrations, can be somewhat unintuitive for new users without prior training. Lastly, the resource consumption on older devices can be somewhat high during long video calls.

The Zoom Workplace app on Android occasionally ends calls or meetings unexpectedly, without any prior warning. When this happens, I have to reopen the app and rejoin the session.

Recording lessons allows students to review materials independently, which helps reduce follow ups and improves lesson outcomes.

Some collaboration features, such as persistent group chats and shared file spaces, are less robust than dedicated classroom platforms. Notifications can occasionally become overwhelming when managing multiple classes, but this does not disrup core teaching workflows.

Screen and and video capture combined with collaborative whiteboards make it easier to explain concepts clearly and reuse material when needed. This reduces repetition, improves lesson contnuity, and allows me to focus more on teaching rather than managing logistics.

The versatile options, the ease of use, the quality, and the ability to change your background, sharing your screen is easy, the ability to respond in the chat, and just overall the best conference call application out there.

Nothing! It's never given me any issues or a negtave experience

Solves our barrier with remote employees. We are able to have team meetings on Zoom with our employees all over the world, and it never fails to work and have everyone on the call. Very Inclusive!

I like that Zoom Workplace is user-friendly and offers versatility by allowing me to choose between using the camera, speaker, or chat, which is especially handy during live meetings when someone is at my desk or in the office. The ability to decide on the use of camera and audio adds flexibility to my day-to-day work.

Sometimes it is not as user friendly to connect or share certain documents and/or media.

I use Zoom Workplace for team meetings as we work remotely. It helps our team communicate effectively across different offices. Its versatility with camera, chat, and speaker options is useful if someone is at my desk or enters the office during a meeting.
