Zoom's audio and video capabilities make it easy
What do you like best about the product?
I think the best thing about Zoom is its ease of use. It only takes a few minutes to set up and you can have multiple people join a meeting with just a few clicks. Zoom also offers a wide range of features, such as video and audio conferencing, file sharing, screen sharing, and more. It’s a great tool for businesses, teams, and individuals who need to stay connected and collaborate remotely.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t like how there can be a lot of background noise and interference on Zoom calls. It can be hard to hear what everyone is saying, and it can be distracting. There have also been some reports of Zoom meetings being hacked, so that’s a concern. Additionally, Zoom's free plan has some limits on how many people can join a meeting, which can be inconvenient if you're expecting more than the allowed number of participants.

I liked it very much so as such i have not felt any problem except some connection problems

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Zoom to connect with my clients and stakeholders on a daily basis since Covid arrived and regulations were imposed to reduce physical contact. I like zoom because I can connect with as many clients as possible. In a single call i can connect with 100 clients remotely in the basic (free) plan. The application has many features and is accessible on many devices making it highly effective. Setting up meeting with zoom meeting is very easy and in a zoom meeting you can send messages, have video calls and send recordings. Another thing i like about about zoom is that i can connect on portable devices like cellphones and laptops thus making it convinient to connect anywhere you are provided there is internet. Through Zoom I am able to hold more than one discussion in my conferences and I can share whatever is on my screen with my clients.
Zoom was also very impactful when I was doing my masters degree as I could set up meetings with some of my professors and classmates and hold discussions. For academic professions zoom is the best platform to connect with your tutors and classmates online. There is no tutorial needed to run zoom for there is no complex setup.

What do you dislike about the product?
One of the drawbacks I have encountered when using zoom is the issue of lagging. Every time you join a meeting you have to select audio output. You also need to have earphones when joining a zoom meeting otherwise the quality of the audio will be a bit poor. Otherwise it is great how the app is continuously getting updated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since Covid and afterward, I decided not to go back to old days and I have largely concentrated on working from home. I have been using zoom for cooperate meetings. I also have daily updates with my clients and I am able to save a lot of time. I have been more productive lately and I find zoom very user friendly.

it launchs in PCs as soon as possible and you get the voice ad the picture of person as soon as possible without delay. you can have up to 40 minutes cinferences for free without paying money.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you want to have conferences more than 40 minutes you shoud pay for that and get professional account. Another ting is that sometimes I can't connect with my earbuds to make audio calls.

me and my emplyes live in different countriesk, therefore we should have meetings every night to check our works. We prefer to use zoom because of it's speed to run in PS and high quality of showing pictures

What I like most about about Zoom is that it helps gather and connect people from all over the world no matter where you are. It provides an easier access for people from different backgrounds to share ideas and thoughts that might've been harder to do due to distances.

What I'd say I dislike about Zoom, or virtual meetings in general to be specific, is the fact that no matter how great it can be and how it makes the distances shorter, it can still be hard to provide the same amount of knowledge to the person in the zoom meeting rather than trying to do that face-to-face.

I'm very glad that Zoom is taking a step forward into trying their best to provide the same face-to-face work environment by creatibg more options day by day that would make it easier for people who find use in the app!

During the lockdown, it was the only medium through which I can connect to my virtual office. So it is a very important part of my office life as it has helped me to work from my home.

We can easily join a meeting from Application or browser using direct link. After joining a call there is option of "Call me," which can unables the feature to call on a mobile number .
What do you dislike about the product?
Maximum 200 participants can join the meeting, After 200 people join, it showing pop-up like "Meeting full, You can not join the meeting"

Team can join a meeting in a single URL. No need of multiple links to create also we can schedule a meeting for perticular timeslot.
