What do you like best about the product?
Zoom's clean and user-friendly interface is a testament to its focus on usability. From the first time you log in, it's evident that the platform was designed with user convenience in mind. The ability to create instant or scheduled meetings allows for flexibility that accommodates both the demands of a last-minute business meeting and a casual get-together among friends.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing bad to add, just a suggestion, a simultaneous translation for example English to Spanish would be awesome.

Many people still prefer to meet face-to-face, so online isn't always the ideal option.

Meeting with multiple customers at once, whereas doing that in-person is very challenge due to the nature of the job.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom came to make a difference in communications and makes me see and talk with colleagues and family. You can feel you are close to people that are far. Zoom is the most known one against peers!! You can talk with another person even without paying

one hour ago I sent a code to my mail and it said it was wrong (and it wasnt) so I had it to to twice. this is just IT thing. Improvements maybe in little things like more backgrounds, or even discrete filters for people.

be in touch with everyone everywhere!!. it just makes life so different as you can see the person you are talking with even if that person is in another region.
Zoom Meeting is one of the best video conferencing application I have used so far.

I use zoom application in my day to day activities to collaborate with my Team worldwide. Zoom is important part of my work and I don't believe I can do my any work without collaboartion with my team. Zoom has really cool features as well like background changing, call recording, poll etc.

Sometime video and audio lag could be bothering in zoom and i have faced it multiple times.

Great, reliable meeting software
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has always worked flawlessly for us for the past 5 years without any issue

For what it does i really dont have any complaints regarding zoom. It works, and the quality of the meetings has been spot on.

Helping our organization conduct meetings virtually in a hybrid work environment. We also use it to solve problems utilizing screen sharing and remote control.

Participants can save time by not having to meet at a physical location. You can put you picture up if you do not or cannot be on with the video feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
For the free version, the meeting stops at 45 min. If you want to extend the meeting a new meeting must be opened.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is more personal than having to do a conference call. You can see the people in the meeting which can have subtitles and have the visual that sows the mout movement to supplement the sound.

As my company is a international company people are sitting in the whole so its not east=y for everyone to be at one place but this zoom provides the facility for the same.
