Easy To Use
What do you like best about the product?
Its ui which is so simple that even the not knowledgeable guy can also operate it easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
When i have taken online class to my students there was the same access given to me and my students which made them to wrong usage of zoom like switching on mic always which made other students disgusting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its solved the problem of spenting more time in travelling to reach my students to take classes inspite by this online revolution the zoom helped me to collaborate my students easily by screen sharing in a single click. Not only that but also the zoom cloud which helped me so much to record the session and i can save it in cloud

Its sheer easy interface, ability to generate a meeting link and low latency are few things which I liked most

Sometimes it do not works in several countries, maybe it has some issue with network provider or it has some bandwidth requirements

It helps connect business, people, familly and friends, its bridging the distance gap in both professional and personal settings
Lifesaver in covid pandemic - Zoom
What do you like best about the product?
During COVID Zoom is the only platform that helped millions and I'm one of them. It helped me a lot to connect with my colleagues. It is available for almost every device which makes it accessible for all. During COVID, I didn't have a PC, so I used the Mobile version of the Zoom Video Conferencing app. It offers seamless and lagging free meetings. There are many features like live reaction, chatting between the meetings, and sharing whiteboards, you can also share files which is amazing. Now I generally use Zoom for webinars. The best thing I like about Zoom is that you can join through web browsers, no need to install big size apps or software.

What do you dislike about the product?
The time limit for a free version account should be at least one hour.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm a freelancer and i always use zoom to show my work to my clients through screen sharing and to take feedbacks. The screen sharing is very smooth no lag.

What I love most is the ability to record meetings. It's a time-saver and incredibly useful for sharing important discussions with team members who couldn't make it to the live meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
My experience with Zoom has been mostly positive, but there are a few drawbacks that have come up. I had initial concerns about privacy and security, particularly with incidents like "Zoom bombing," though I've noticed that Zoom has made improvements in this area. The platform can be resource-intensive, causing performance issues on my older computer when multiple applications are running. Pricing for advanced features can be a bit steep for a small business owner like me. Also, the extensive use of Zoom has left me with "Zoom fatigue" after long days of back-to-back meetings, making me miss in-person interactions. Connectivity issues, dependent on a stable internet connection, have been a hassle at times, and the 40-minute time limit on group meetings in the free plan can be inconvenient. Despite these concerns, Zoom remains a valuable tool for remote collaboration.

Zoom has become an essential part of my daily life, making remote collaboration seamless and secure. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a dependable video conferencing platform. It's been a game-changer for me, and I believe it will be for you too.

Recording, webinar hosting, and everyday meetings are extremely easy with Zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a hard cap on the times. Google Meet allows 60 minutes but Zoom defaults at 40 I believe.

Easy, everyday video conferencing. Zoom gets the job done exactly how I need it to. I use two accounts/emails and they're great swapping between both.

What do you like best about the product?
Frictionless meetings with clients, partners and colleagues. We rolled out Zoom at the beginning of the pandemic and have found it incredibly easy to administer as our business and requirements for use have grown. Very easy to switch between devices when meeting remotely.
What do you dislike about the product?
From time to time we reach our storage capacity. It would be helpful if there was storage optimization so we could more easily remove files that are not of value.

Making it easy to stay connected in a remote workplace. The ability to create a Zoom meeting directly from within slack has massively improved our meeting quality.
