Zooming into Success: A Game-Changing Tool for Seamless Teaching and Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful is I can control someone's screen, so whenever the participant got confuse over something in studying, I can help directly. Other applications cannot allow to do something like this.
What do you dislike about the product?
Actually, it's not a dislike, it's just the feature that I hope will be implemented. That is multiple displays of participant's screen sharing because I am a bit tired of changing display of participant's screen
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Online class. I have some students from different area and Zoom provide online meeting. also about doing annotation in screen sharing, it really helpful. And one more is controlling someone's screen, it really unique.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the connectivity Zoom provides us with and its simple & easy functionality. It has so many options and controls within the dashboard which makes it even more easier to use it fully.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few things that I don't like much about Zoom is that some of the functions don't work as well as they should like weak signal strength when sometimes the internet is working fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is helping me with virtual conferences and group meetings. In some ways, it has made my life very simpler. Discussing projects when you're working remotely or team members who are at another location has become easy and efficient.
Effortless streaming for all meetings
What do you like best about the product?
It is the best online platform i have ever seen for meetings, interviews, live streaming, online education. It helped a lot during quarantine to make our bussiness, education go thrugh without any distrubance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Till now i have not faced any issue causing distrubance.

Easy to use. Because it's a popular brand People know how to use it. Functionality is decent.

I don't like the way the chat function is set up. I don't like how if you don't have an account it cuts you off.

It's definitely solving the problem of meetings. This makes time more efficient and easier for people to meet.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom helps users to connect with others via video calling. Recently I used zoom to have a meeting with peers and it helped us interact with online whiteboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom is already excellent in connecting users. But some minor improveents that zoom could improve include by improving their virtual backgrounds. Sometimes when users use the virtual backgrounds, some part of them can dissapear and look unnatural.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helped me interact with my friends and keep up to date.

Real-time sharing ideas with no lagged video, and excellent voice quality.

So far so good, works as expected. No issues found at the moment.

What do you like best about the product?
That I am able to connect with anyone at anytime and place! It helps a lot with my spiritual activities and family activities especially during the pandemic and now when we continue to be sick.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about zoom is that sometimes it lags and because of that we get logged out at times. Also the dificulty of typing in a long passcode. I would appreciate it if the options of passwords were shorter.

It's solving the problem of social distancing and travel. We are now able to connect at arms reach to anyone around the world and ina very clear abs forward setting in which we all appreciate!

I have been using this app for many years now and extremely satisfied with the services that are available in the app. I use it for holding online meetings, trainings, team reviews and collaborating with customers

Nothing specific but do get into intermittent disconnection while working with customers. However it is only 1 out of 10 times such situations occured

Zoom has helped our organization's employees from different office locations jump anytime on Zoom calls for business meetings. Zoom allows to record & share Zoom meetings which is useful for people who were unable to attend the Zoom meetings.
