Excellent Collaboration Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I think the video quality and communication options in Zoom are impressive. Doesn't use up significant amount of power when on call, providing me a rather longer battery usage from my devices. Ability to launch it straight from my task bar on mac is definitely convenient. Breakout rooms are a huge convenience.
What do you dislike about the product?
In our usecases, we have yet to come across any inconveniences. Since most of our use cases are rather simplified and mostly for the purpose of carrying out remote discussions, I would not imagine any inconveniences in future either. In case any, I can provide more information here.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom facilitates a convenient way to connect with internal teams and external with ease without requiring any logins or complicated authentication mechanism for joining meetings. Overall it is the easiest tool to get started with.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use & it's bandwidth of no. Of people can have meeting simultaneously.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such,will update as soon as I find any.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is really best for meetings, doing online classes and for conducting interviews. I have been using this platform for so many years and it made my teaching. attending to company meetings and recording some videos for myself introductions easy. I would really recommend 100%! Also not so laggy anymore unlike to older versions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the updates may take some time to be downloaded but with patience, the upgrades actually helped for the betterment of the app :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Distance is no longer a problem for people who likes to earn money by teaching online. Also, I am working remotely as a Virtual Assitant and this app is our go to app in every meeting that we have.
We use zoom to connect with our clients and be able to eliminate them needing to travel to us..
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and lets us connect with our clients quickly on their time and elimintes the worry of travel. We can see each other face to face and get their reactions to the art work and be able to adjust it quickly as well. We love being able to screen share the work and show them instantly what the design will look like and adjut it live time. It is easy to use for both users and almost everyone has it on their phone or computer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom is great when they have a strong connection, it can be difficult if the client has a weak connection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is letting us connect with our clients quickly and lets us be able to stop the transit time either would have to endure otherwise. This saves both of us the fuel it would take to meet as some of our clients are hours away. We can also work hand in hand, give live updates and they can see their progress of their design as it is coming to life. When they are getting a car wrapped, they can see it first hand before they pick it up and make any adjustments so it is perfect for their arrival. It really cuts down on the time it takes to do our work and keeps the customers happier.

What do you like best about the product?
ZOOM is a critical ingredient of our day-to-day activities. My favorite part with ZOOM is the straight forward user interface for quick set up of conferencing. It comes along with a user friendly interface whose design facilitates seamless presentation and involvement of participants. ZOOM is flexible in meeting the requirements of different industries or organizations.
What do you dislike about the product?
But, I despise ZOOM’s occasional pop-up chat window, which suddenly interferes in my course while somebody messages in. One does not always know where to look for common information or documents during a meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With regard to ZOOM they are solving the issue of remote cooperation, providing an opportunity for teams to communicate with one another and share files together and with their clients. It helps in effective virtual teams’ collaborations across functions for DevOps professionals like myself; so as it’s easier to access vital data at virtual meetings.

Zoom I would say at times lacks service coverage.

One Trusted Partner for All My Business Meets
What do you like best about the product?
I have been a long-time user of Zoom Workplace. They update the product as needed, and this is what I like about it. Sometimes we have to show clips or videos during meetings, and I use the clip share feature, which allows sharing short videos. Also, the whiteboard feature helps us write if I have to share or write something in a live meeting, and it gives me a real feeling. It’s easy to use on both PC and phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, it has no problems, but sometimes there are issues with video and audio connectivity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been using it since the COVID-19 pandemic for my classes and client meetings. It saves me time and allows me to attend meetings conveniently from my home or while traveling.
Powerful tool for top class meetings
What do you like best about the product?
It gives us the feature to control screen by which we can easily help others to demonstrate the functionality. It helps us to do polling to better understand the audience.

Free license have very limited features and paid licenses are costly
