What do you like best about the product?
1-Real-time collaboration: Allows real-time document collaboration by different users on different parts of the same document. 2-Social Network Connectors and Authentication: As an alternative option when you need to log into a meeting with a personal ID, you can use social network credentials.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is actually a time limit for one meeting. It is actually user friendly but there are too many control buttons and if you lose track, you will end up getting confused. Customer service hasnt always been great, doesnt reply on time and do not take any issue seriously at times.

Accurate minutes of Meeting with ZOOM Recording
What do you like best about the product?
As an admin I oftenly make proper use of the RECORDING functionality. ZOOM saves fast hand notes of discussions and action points of my meetings with my team. I have held several emergency meetings successfully whole recording which is proving efficient and easy for my report purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Aside the bugs resulting from network issues once in a while, of which can be fixed, I have no coomplaints of any nature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The hustle of finding and compiling several minutes of meetings whenever I need to write my reports. ZOOM RECORDING ensures I do accurate reports which is key in my capacity.

It is difficult to use Zoom for low band width connection.

Exceptional customer service, account managers and ticket escalation. Flexible, evolving and simple Zoom Room deployment experience.

What do you like best about the product?
Our company uses Zoom daily to collaborate and reach each other across multiple offices. The screen sharing and ease of use is truly a game changer. We use the software daily as part of our normal operating procedure.

I haven't found any features that don't enhance the software.

Zoom is very easy to use. The free version is good for about 30-40 minutes of content.

You have to pay for longer meeting times.

Zoom is great for virtual classrooms. It is easy for everyone to use. It is also great if you record yourself teaching a concept and can later share the recording with students.

Very easy to use. Works well from phone and desktop.

Sometimes it freezes, not often but it does happen.

It is easy to meetup or study with groups or teaching becomes also easy if students have less access to come to schools or react out person to person. No video quality issues and audio is also so clear.

Zoom haven't more background wallpaper and some time could not able to connect people for network issue

Zoom solving only network issue and limited member only attend the meeting, i want solving limited numbers to join video meeting
