Fastervideo conference and clear communication with smaller bondwidth.

actually it better than other software for video conference.

Its easy to use, I see very often that new features are added to the zoom

I wished the free version had more meeting time arrangements

Sharing screen is easy. It also alows virtual boards integration. It gives password or no password options. Connection is easy and meeting goes on usually with no interuptions. large number conferences are acheivable

What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about Zoom is its ease of use. I can organize online meetings in a few clicks, share my screen, and chat with colleagues or friends as if we were in the same room. The video and audio quality is excellent, making conversations smooth and enjoyable. It's an essential tool for staying connected, whether for work or social interactions.
What do you dislike about the product?
What might displease me about Zoom is that the free version has limitations, such as time-limited meetings. Additionally, to fully enjoy certain advanced features, one must opt for a paid subscription, which can represent a cost. The security of online meetings is also a concern, as there have been cases of "Zoombombing" where uninvited intruders disrupted meetings. However, Zoom has worked to improve security over time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Zoom for my online training solves the problems of geographical distance. I can interact with participants from all over the world, record the sessions for later use, control the training environment, and analyze participation. This improves the quality of my training, reduces costs, and expands my reach.

Best user interface and with almost no bugs.

Nothing of that sort but could be little less size

The ease of use, at zero cost, to have video meetings or discussion with anybody else, provided both parties have internet access.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only the fact that it requires an internet connection.

It just makes it very, very easy to have Conferences, Group Meetings, or even individual one on one meetings, with anybody in the world that has an interent connection.
Effective and Well-Built
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is a great replacement for other platform-oriented products, and the services offered are great for online interactions. Zoom isn't just useful for a one or two-person led meeting - the spotlight features also make it great for a group session. When compared to other services from mainstream competitors, Zoom is simply easier to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The varied methods of meeting invitations and somewhat limited security can cause confusion or other issues. A more consistent platform would help those new to online meeting technologies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has been a great tool to use in education, both as a graduate student and as a secondary school educator. The wide variety of features made it a great fit for a variety of applications, and I haven't seen battery drain with Zoom like I have in other programs. This may be due to the fact that Zoom seems to run very efficiently in the background with minimal impact on RAM.
Super useful platform for virtual team collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has got the seemless user experience for virtual collaborations of any kind, I used it alomost whole day during the lockdown and still use it for all the meetings. There are so many features like chat, calender, breakout teams that makes it a better platform than others.
What do you dislike about the product?
The prices are little high, other than that i have loved using Zoom.

Zoom offer multiple features that has been so useful in our work, connecting and collaborating with team virtually has made working better and more productive.
Tried and true, easy for everyone
What do you like best about the product?
Gets the job done simply, reliable and never had an issue before. I like that they are constantly putting out new features and improvements regardless of market share, shows they care and want to solidify themselves as the #1 video conferencing software available.

Nothing to note, though if I were to use Zoom as more of an administrator maybe I'd have comments

We are a remote first company, zoom has done a great job at empowering our team to stay connected and work effectively without being in the same room everyday
