Easy to connect, good to share information and do vdo conferencing with people based in different locations

What I like best about Zoom Workplace is how seamlessly it integrates video meetings, chat, and collaboration tools into a single, manageable platform. From an admin standpoint, the centralized control and security options make it simple to manage users, permissions, and integrations across the organization.
I really like the reliability and quality of Zoom’s video and audio, even with lower bandwidth. The interface is intuitive, and features like smart summaries, AI companion, and integrated scheduling help save time and improve meeting efficiency.

What do you dislike about the product?
Managing settings across multiple Zoom products can occasionally be complex, especially when rolling out new features or permissions. It would be nice to have more centralized control and clearer documentation for admins to handle organization-wide configurations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is a very powerful tool that improves communications and helps businesses to stay updated and linked with other employees. It increases employees' productivity while traveling one can join important conferences. Zoom provides a screen-sharing feature that helps to present information to other employees. Joiners can share files and send messages to others using chat windows.
Zoom review and how is it useful to us specially when we have meetings.
What do you like best about the product?
I like about zoom is that it is easy to access and i like to use this because if someone in a meet has something to chat we can react on it, zoom is recommendable for an online meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, I don't have something to tell that I dislike the zoom because as of now that we are in modern world that most of us just working at home and zoom is very useful to communicate with the team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The communication because as my experience in my internship most of my co-workers are working at home and through zoom we can have our meetings and communicate well with the team.

There is nothing that i can think iof if its come on disliking zoom

Specially if you are remotely working for your company this is the easiest way to schdule a meeting right way.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is a great tool for collaboration. It is easy to use even for non tech-savvy people and it also allows you to communicate through chat. There is also an option for the participants to review the meeting since it can be recorded.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like any other video tool app, this is also dependent on the internet connection. So some of the users may experience video and audio distortion that may affect the communication during the meeting.

Zoom is an accessible platform that will allow you to collaborate wherever and whenever. During the pandemic, this app has been used for social gatherings and personal events which allows the users to keep their social connections.

Easy to use (even for beginners) and for some of our older clients who are less familiar with the technology.
What do you dislike about the product?
The video recordings are often quite blurry. I am not sure of a solution, but if that could be improved it would be very beneficial for when we have workshops that are live on Zoom and wish to share the recordings.

During the pandemic, we used Zoom to continue to have client meetings. We also use it for educational presentations and workshops.

Integration with M365 and Mattermost made our workflow smoot and easy

Price for Personal use are too high. They should offer a discount on enterprise users to join as personal users

Manage final customer communications and evolving to issue resolution with the annotation and remote control from the final user

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom was the first thing i have used when covid got started and remote work has been enabled it's very good platform and user friendly application

As of now i didn't found any cons in zoom application overall all good
