Easy to use video conferencing
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom makes it easy to meet online with others. Some within our company have the paid version and others have the free. I use the free and it works fine for my needs. The free version allows a 40-minute uninterrupted video conference. It's easy to invite, mute, share screens, create a virtual background, enhance your video appearance and engage with those using the available IM chat.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, really, nothing. I do not need webinars or whiteboards so I keep it simple and use the video conferencing option. It's simple and intuitive for my needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meetings for our global company. It allows recording meetings we use for training and customer support purposes. Seeing one another visually makes it easier to make personal connections, engage and keep our company's 'family-like' culture going.
Very Reliable Video calling application
What do you like best about the product?
It is very reliable when we are working with huge number of employees. We can attend the meeting without any lags. We do not face any network issue when we are attending any meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom has a limit of 100 users when we are using its free version. Its video calling time limit is also decreased now. For free subscription it is not reliable to host long meeting at a single time
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the help of Zoom, We are able to connect with large size people via meeting link. It is very reliable app which is able to handle large audience very easily. My company always schedules large meeting on Zoom
Best Application for virtual work
What do you like best about the product?
It is the best video-calling tool in the market. The quality of the video and audio is the best. Even works well with weak internet, just have to turn off the video.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes even with good internet, if there are a lot of people in the meeting the videos take time to load. Not a big issue but can be improved. Also background detection can be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company works full remote. And client interactions are very often so we need a very rock-solid video calling tool that is bug-free and is available to most of people.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about zoom is it's many features, like Recording and advance sharing (Sound & Video). It s also very user friendly and doesn't require much knowledge to learn and function it. The Interface again has ca[acity of hosting thousands, which is just great!! Overall the experience has been great and the usage very smooth!
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing which can be improved is, setting up atendees moderation option in more visible manner. Along with that, creating webinars and meeting can be made more simple and less complex which I think it is sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working in an Edtech, it helps getting onboard thousands of our users on one place at a time, I think that's something which is very impressing. Along with that, our day to day meets and lectures are also taken care by Zoom, and it has been just great so far, without any major lag.

What do you like best about the product?
Like the simplified application, GUI, even beginners can easily understand the features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Expecting premium chat windows with load of features

Since I do customer support for IT-related issues, it is easy to make the customer use zoom even if they are non-technical persons.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is very easy to use but the best part is that you can send and resive pictures through zoom which is very helpful and makes the work task fast to complete.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike zoom because videos will not come through sometimes and the quality is poor when it dose.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is trying to solve sending pictures in chats because as of now in a chat pictures can not be send or resived.

Cut and paste could be way better you often hace to paste to chat then the paste to controlled screen

My review of Zoom
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy the Zoom app is to use. It launches quickly and everything is clear on how to proceed with it. I also like the great quality of the video and sound, it has not been bad at all, ever for me (at least not yet!).
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the big number of add-ons every time I want to use a new feature of Zoom. I already don't like the fact that I had to download the Zoom app on my phone, when I only needed to use it once and quickly when I could not use my laptop, and so, adding more things on top of the app itself is not the best for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is solving the bad quality of video or sound that I face on other apps when I have to use them sometimes. Zoom is professional and does not stress me out during interview, for example, because it provides me with the quality I need and I don't have to worry.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is an amazing video conferencing platform that I used a ton during quarantine and now, I like this software a lot because of the tons of features you can use like breakout rooms and multiple users
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say I like the lagging issues of Zoom as they mainly get in the way of the meetings; if Zoom was to upgrade its bandwidth with more compatible internet connections, it could work better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are solving random people joining my zoom meetings; because of trolls getting in my meetings, I can't focus on the task at hand. With this solution, I can concentrate on my main point
Great software for video and audio Conference
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about zoom is that video quality is fantastic compared to similar platforms. It has an excellent user interface that is easy to understand. It is the best software to use if compared with similar tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although this tool is almost perfect but i like to share feedback about a thing that is a concern that it does not sometimes automatically changes from speaker mode to earpiece mode when plugged in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps me to connect with all other teams for conferences and other activities, and I use it almost on a weekly basis for various activities.
