What do you like best about the product?
it is very easy to communicate with team on audio as well as video. You can easily share your screen to discuss the regular work and queries if any with your team members. It provides session recording feature as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
there is nothing which i dislike about zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
zoom really helps in conducting knowlegde sessions as nowadays many team members used to work from home. So, you can easily demonstrate the tools and applications along with recording so that one can go through it later if they missed the session.

simplicity, use friendly app. Can work seamlessly on any platform and even on mobile and mobile browser. call quality is great

No such dislikes. I hope they continue to evolve the product. and increase limits of attendees in free version

In era of remote work, we needed a solution to connect with peers and co workers efficiently. Fortunately zoom provides just that. Simple app with only required features and good quality.

I don't like when you reschedule a zoom call, you get an email every time to say "you have rescheduled this zoom". I find it a bit repetitive to get these messages in my inbox

It solves the need for face to face meetings. Previously all meetings would have been in person, when in actual fact most of them do not need to be f2f

I like the fact it's easy to use. Mist helpful is the guise that it has to lead you thru a great web inarticulate with clarification. It's compares to others however it's the best! Love zoom!

Wish it was anytime we needed to see it after webnair has played. I don't have a complaint at this time. It could be better in 3D. More windows so more people can join in on the webinars

Not everyone in the room can hear or see. Benefits hands on, easier for others to see how as a group it works! More productive and better communication, increased professionalism

What do you like best about the product?
The user interface as well as the compatibility with the users. Everything is super easy and in layman's language. Beginners can also understand and use it easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, everything is perfectly fine with ZOOM, but sometimes I don't like the customer support service, but only sometimes. Rest they are the best in terms of UI and other things.
