the best video calling software
What do you like best about the product?
The zoom meeting application changed the video meeting so easy you can add many people on a single meeting i started using the zoom meeting application during the pendamic and it helped me alot.
What do you dislike about the product?
The feature of chat should be better where privately message option should be given so we can address the person individually without anyone else interning and.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped me to communicate with many people at the same time was easir to use and navigate as well there were chat feature which can be improve so that it becomes easy.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is mainly used as communication medium between people. It helps in connecting virtually for organising meetings officially or friendly as well. There is audio and video as well for communicating.
What do you dislike about the product?
Due to network issues, sometimes the clarity of the video and audio may get disturbed.The mobile application is not that good as the pc version. there is heavy cpu usage as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is userfriendly and easy to access. Virtual meetings are very much efficient with large group of people and through online ,we can control anything and run a company as well.

Excellent and efficient to use, simple user interface, requires less storage space, optimal memory management, quick switching, can be used for long hours during meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Screen freezing sometimes, Cannot accommodate more than 100 members, breakout rooms cannot be accessed sometimes, Poor network management, Frequent call dropping
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoom daily. It has replaced the phone call. It is a great professional way to connect with my clients and others. The screen-sharing technology is terrific, especially when pitching new business because in my work, I use a lot of illustration and visual graphics.

First of all it has its own app unlike gmeet hence it consumes less RAM

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has helped a lot during the pandemic era. Screen sharing, board collaboration, and seeing the participants on the side window are significant pluses. The others mostly fail in this.
What do you dislike about the product?
A downside would be the time limit of 40 minutes. Sometimes it can be indecisive about when to finish. Even with two participants, it can end the session in 40 minutes or offer you extended time with more than 10 participants.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It can handle the distance teaching as well as teacher meetings considering that we can be away from each other at times.

What do you like best about the product?
The most beneficial aspects of Zoom are its flexibility and integration with other products and services, such as Google Workspace. Additionally, while longer meetings require a pro membership, all users can use the software for free, making it easy to schedule appointments with anyone, anywhere, anytime.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say there is anything at the moment that truly feels like a downside. Perhaps Zoom integration could make it easier/more convenient to join online meetings (from Google Workspace, for instance) without requiring a meeting URL, but instead simply starting a phone call/video call.

It solves the problem of collaborating in a remote work environment with colleagues worldwide. It enables us to work more seamlessly with one another and our students.

for me the best feature is practical communication. just create a meeting link and share it through any social media platform and stay connected.The audio/video quality is superb. video conference on mobile gave an excellent result. not only for business purposes, but you can also use zoom to connect with your loved ones.

zoom never disappoint me for practical communication but one thing i noted that zoom need more data bandwidth. While utilizing its screen-sharing component the sharer isn't permitted to see the audience.

Reliable and offers great features
What do you like best about the product?
I've (obviously) relied heavily on Zoom for the past few years and continue to prefer it over all other video conferencing softwares. It has the best UX imo, and I rarely run into issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only major downside to zoom is the cost for additional features like Polls. I ran into this issue when planning a meeting with voting, and couldn't justify the price for a plan when all I needed was polls - perhaps some cheaper options or the ability to buy access to a single feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows me to work virtually seamlessly, without running into issues almost ever. Zoom is the standard, so I know I'm never bothering anyone with downloading a new application when I choose Zoom for my meetings.
Zoom is a program that should have been invented years ago. It saves both time and money.

I am an attorney. I constantly have hearings before the Court. It used to be that the Court would schedule the hearings. That was a huge waste of time. Additionally, everyone needed to physically make an appearance before the Court. Zoom has changed all of that. Hearings using Zoom technology are faster.
It avoids the lawyers having to wait an hour or more for their case to be called. It is also much more convenient. People can appear via their Zoom connection rather than being forced to lose time at work, deal with child-care, and put themselves at risk of bad weather. The Judge's appear to appreciate Zoom's positive benefits as well and a happy Judge is usually a good judge.
