Excellent communication and meeting tool!
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing I liked about zoom is that we can connect from different corners of the world by zoom. Also, it is available for all the devices like Android, IOS, Windows, Linux, and macOS. Zoom provides us with different sharing options you can share the whole screen or you can share just one tab or share only one window etc. Also, zoom is very reliable and it has good-quality audio and video conferencing. Zoom has a very user-friendly UI so that all can access the zoom, create meeting and access the meeting easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Normally it's working perfectly but sometimes I faced the issue of lagging also it is asking for selecting audio output every time I join the zoom meeting and it is a bit disappointing. Also, I don't like that zoom has limitations on participants of free users. Audio quality is so poor when someone joins the meeting without headphones.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In our organization, we have webinars and we have daily update calls with clients for all we are using zoom meetings to connect with other teammates and clients.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the best that it is easily accessible from both a desktop app and a web browser app. Moreover, the tools provided by Zoom are quite helpful, for example: quickly changing backgrounds, improving video quality as per the internet's speed, recording sessions, and managing audio quality. These all features are a complete package for frequent video conferencing calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
If the network is unstable, and sometimes the speed slows down for 1-2 minutes between calls, it takes a lot of time to switch back from bad quality to video to good one. Moreover, presentations become blurry in unstable networks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has helped me conduct meetings and invite people who are not part of my organization. It helps me manage all my events and meetings from one place. Moreover, its features like creating private spaces for daily work calls are excellent.
Simply The Best Video Conferencing Solution Out There
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is cross-platform, easy to use, and offers every possible feature you can ever wish a video conferencing software would offer. In addition, the video quality & screen sharing quality are consistently great, even with a poor internet connection. Their Zoom Rooms product is great for office spaces. The cloud recording function for meetings is really well done too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom's paid plans can get quite pricey when you have a lot of users. I recommend keeping your users on a free plan and then deciding if you need to upgrade them to one of the paid plans.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Zoom to help streamline our conference calls and meetings. It's helped increase productivity and reduce time typing chat messages back and forth between employees.

What do you like best about the product?
About Zoom I mostly like the feature of Group Video calling, you can have a meeting or online classes easily and communicate with teachers and students and help each other without wasting your time and money by visiting.

I disliked that people easily join your call like unwanted people coming through without any verification and Video quality is also not Hd so i hope they make it better. also there's a less comment control so i want them to prohibit abusive words and lastly the storage capacity according to plans.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is solving many problems it helped me study with my friends when we live afar from each other it didn't cost me any money by getting a taxi or bus and wasting my golden time so it was perfect for a homesick guy like me.
Good Basic Standard for Remote Meetings
What do you like best about the product?
One of the biggest upsides is the widespread availability of the app across platforms. A secondary element of that is the option to simply dial in by phone, whether it's just for the audio while being in video on a pc or laptop or if you can't get data and can only get voice access.
What do you dislike about the product?
The most annoying part of using Zoom is the non-host attendees having to wait for host approval before entry, even when it's a scheduled event with that person specifically.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is a basic tool for remote work. Sometimes you need to have a face-to-face without being physically in each other's faces. The capacity to request control when screen sharing to highlight a question or solution instead of describing it can make things a lot faster.

What do you like best about the product?
Zooms ability to support a large participant audience is impressive for me. It is especially an important part of my companys use of Zoom because, we are regularly organizing multi-team / departmental video conferences with participants running into their hundreds. Zooms ability to cope with such high number of participants in a single conference call, without any major lag or meeting disruption is highly laudable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom is not very secured. Although, I am yet to have a personal experience with security lapses as it concerns Zoom calls, I do know colleagues who have been victims of " zoom bombing " in the time past, especially in the aftermath of the Covid pandemic.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Video conference calls are important for team collaboration and communication purposes, especially since we have a section of my organizations workforce working remotely. Communication from anywhere i find myself via desktop or mobile phone with barriers is what I have cherished best as a Zoom user.

What do you like best about the product?
The quality of the platform is good with video calling, been using zoom for years and have never had an issue with it, so far it has served its purpose and during the pandemic was also something that was used very heavily across even meetings with the family.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes logging to your account can be a pain and gives you some weird errors, but overall after trying it 2~3 times I manage to get it, would really helpful if you can have 2 FA

Zoom solved the problem of communicating with the people I love which are far distance and we enjoy the group calling with it and the good quality it has as a platform.

What do you like best about the product?
Love how easy it is to schedule with Google calendar and Gmail integration. Easy to attend via desktop or by phone when necessary. As a remote worker, I like not having to be stuck at my desk all day just because I have a few quick meetings or 1:1s on my calendar.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to have reactions available in chats during meetings. Seems like such a minor nitpick, but our team chats are always filled with emoji reactions to comments made up-thread. Being able to react directly to a comment or question would help declutter the chat and make it easier to notice questions or comments to respond to when presenting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom simplifies meetings for our remote-first company. All of the integrations (Slack, Gmail, Google Calendar, etc.) make it easy to schedule and attend meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
The convenience of being able to log in any time from anywhere. I also enjoy being able to opt out of the video part fo the conference and just do audio.

sometimes the login process can get confusing, especially when there are multiple people trying to log in.
