Best app for online teaching
What do you like best about the product?
Having to click in a link to be able to access a virtual meeting is amazing and easy. The whiteboard is one of my favorite features, including the breakout rooms.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's quite heavy but it's understandble since it offers a lot of tools. Sometimes it lags with the headset and it's not recognized. It would be great to change the name of the breakout rooms without having to close them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having employees from different states and countries cannot be trained in house, but using Zoom, we can still have an online training and be able to help the employees learn.

It is easy to use and one of the best solutions to have online meetings, webinars, etc.

It is a little expensive that other tools and it should bring chat collaboration as well.

What do you like best about the product?
I like most for it's unpaid features, the people who have not money they also used it like students. It's have many new features like hand raising or attendence which have not in other competeters.

I dislike it time over feature, I think they provide the full time free video conferencing feature, when people talk the important things, it's time is over, it creates problems.

Zoom should solves its time over problems, and introduce new features like notes features, because it's used by many virtual classes, used by schools, colleges or universities.

What I like best about Zoom is that I don't have to actually physically be there I can connect with the world from the comfort of my home this is very convenient for me

I have nothing bad to say about Zoom I really enjoy this app it was very beneficial

Problem Zoom has soldec is because after c19 this has become a very convenient way to stay safe stay at home more and still able to connect with the world have less distractions using Zoom
The best video calling service you can actually rely on
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom offers features like a whiteboard, polls, and annotations that make it quite simple for us to collaborate and communicate throughout our meetings, and I really appreciate that. The nicest feature is that it records our meetings and saves them in the cloud so that everyone who needs to know can access them whenever they need to.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are quite a few cons of using Zoom. Basically, there subscription isn't for everyone and the limited free time that it offers can be a bit frustrating as everyone wants to use this tool for their video calling purposes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me connect with my clients who are sitting on the other end of the world. The video quality is good and it fulfilled my need to record meetings and connect with my colleagues and partners across the globe. Since now I am working as an individual there are no problems for me anymore, but I do enjoy using Zoom as an attendee.
