Perfect platform for virtual meets
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is the perfect platform for virtual meetings; the user interface is excellent. There are no lags in the audio or the video during the meeting when the internet connection is stable. With just a single click, we can connect with anyone globally.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom is outstanding; the only negative I would say, is the response time to the queries raised by the customers. Apart from there should be a feature to let the user know who is facing the internet issue whenever there is a lag in the audio or the video.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is solving the biggest problem of arranging meetings and managing time. With zoom, sessions can be started or scheduled with just a click, and the virtual platform saves a ton of travel time and expenses.
Best meeting app for office purposes
What do you like best about the product?
It's sound clarity is very good. There are various options. Most good I can record and video meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes little bit extra time to open any desktop application. Also opening interface must me more lite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It providing any instant meeting and mostly recording solution with no validity impressed us. It helps us to watch any video meeting recording if anyone not available also having good blur effects.
Great product- Not always the clearest integration instructions
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is so easy to use. The slack integration makes it easy to have a quick meeting with your team, but the Gmail integration is seamless so that all your discussions with others can auto-have a zoom link.
What do you dislike about the product?
When working with the Zoom to Salesforce integration, there is plenty of documentation but it is not always clear. It can be hard to figure out what to update etc when the integration is not working as expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom makes it easier for the team to be relational in a full WFH company and have meaningful conversations with clients. It also allows us to log and monitor sales teams' calls since the recording is stored in the activity in Salesforce.
pretty good overall with some small issues around connection at times.

ease of use and the fact I can send a link to anyone who can come in. I also the recording option.

At times it is hard for guests to get in and/or we have mic & connections issues.

speaking to our members. Member calls + interviews for our podcast, although we have switched to riverside recently.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most users do not need to create an account to participate in a meeting. All they have to do is download the app on their mobile devices or click on a link to join a scheduled or ongoing video conferencing. Hence, it is fundamentally easy to use.
Not perfect, but the best video conferencing out there

* Settings page is off of main app - must login on website
* Doesn't default to let guests share screen (have to turn on this setting)
* Confusing at the start to use - eg - multiple URLs can occur, and you have to make sure you're on the right on. Would be better if there were memorable words i n the URL slugs.

Zoom is super helpful, but needs some tweaking on some few things.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the simple interface! it really allows for users to connect and it is super user friendly! Everyone is able to communicate with it, and it can be super helpful!
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly dislike how when im screensharing, it only goes at (about) 15 fps. If im playing anything like a youtube video, or using it to show my friends gameplay, its really not good for that type of stuff. i also dislike the time cap on meetings, and how you have to pay to get longer meetings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
zoom is super helpful for when i cant go to a in person meeting, and i can just zoom from home! it helps a ton for productivity, because everyone is able to share their thoughts!

What do you like best about the product?
Been able to share my screen with others. I also like that everything is recorded so I can stay in compliance and avoid any misunderstanding.
What do you dislike about the product?
It disconnects too often from "velocify". That's the program I used to make my dials. Also, I wouldn't say I like that erase my sms after a week.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They do updates pretty often, no that makes the app work any better.
No Mobility, easy communication
What do you like best about the product?
It is very convinent for a class of big number oof students. It is very convenient to conduct a class because of the easy control.

The price is very high, and when it comes to add-ins it gets even more expensive.

It is helping to mobilize the experts and decreasing the cost of business.

The video quality is awesome. I enjoy the straightforward layout and detailed user interface. The software is very professional; It has good security features. A go-to platform to connect globally

The meeting will not start if the host is not present or started, and when the internet is not stable it comprises on the quality also
