Connecting people made easier with Zoom
What do you like best about the product?
Zendesk allows a large group of people to jump into a conference call.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom doesn't work with older versions of windows and cannot change into virtual background.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solved the lack of communication for remote work setup. People can easily jump into a meeting, coaching or conference call to discuss business-related concerns and resolve issues immediately without confusions or miscommunication.
Zoom app for Fire TV
What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love that Zoom developed an app for Amazon Omni Fire TV. I use it for Group Yoga instruction and am able to host teachers from around the globe.
What do you dislike about the product?
The zoom app for Amazon Omni Fire TV needs significant audio improvement. The app blocks connection to external wireless/wired speakers, and sound comes from TV speakers only. This is a big problem when casting to a group in a large room. The echo is tolerable but highly annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the Amazon Omni Fire TV app, I can hold group classes without connecting to another device, making my life easier.
Solid sharing platform with lots of integrations and a pretty intuitive interface.
What do you like best about the product?
Big green share button, whiteboard feature, Chorus integration, lobby, easy invite link sharing, good video blurring and virtual background options, gallery mode
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be unclear what camera mode I'm in (am I seeing content, is everyone seeing what I'm seeing, how do I "switch back" to other content, why does Zoom sometimes become a small square when I'm trying to navigate back and unmute)?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need a video platform to reach customers with easily. Zoom fits the bill! I wish it worked natively on a browser so some customers didn't need to download a separate app.
Best application for scheduling a meeting
What do you like best about the product?
Best application to schedule a meeting based on mail id. Any one can able to join the meeting using the meeting id and password. No need to pay anything if we are scheduling a call within 45min.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have to pay the amount if we are scheduling a call more than 45min. It whould be better if they provide option for connecting audio to mobile. They could have improved better video clearity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solved many problems like if we need to discuss or any kind of knowledge transfers among the team. Our project application productivity improved a lot in terms of optimising the logical codes.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is highly user-friendly and easy to access through laptop and phone. The best feature is when it automatically re-enters the meeting after being exited - primarily due to internet connection issues - without making the user enter the meeting details again!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some bugs in the software. 1. Sometimes, the app glitches while sharing the screen. 2. The upper tab becomes a nuisance while sharing the screen. 3. It automatically goes into fullscreen mode.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is the best platform for virtual meets. Especially when it records, the recordings are high quality and take up lower space, thus allowing us to use it more frequently. We conduct many webinars throughout the year, and zoom has been our best friend!

I would like more flexibility on the layout of the cameras for each individual.

What do you like best about the product?
Particularly during the Covid epidemic, Zoom has become the platform that has transformed commercial and individual interactions.
I've been able to cut costs in many different ways and reach certain agreements that I otherwise would not have been able to do by using Zoom as a host or guest.
Zoom has no boundaries, so you can get here or be there without having to physically relocate, which is what I like about it the most.

What do you dislike about the product?
I recognise that businesses and individuals frequently want to safeguard the information in their meetings and courses, but what I find objectionable is that occasionally, if you are a participant, you cannot download or preserve that information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was able to interact with clients who were outside of my local area through Zoom and come to agreements that I would not have been able to at a different time.

What do you dislike about the product?
For free users, it has a time limit to how long you're allowed to do the meeting. I think they can address it by either giving an option for users to "extend" a certain amount of time or to let users have a choice to jump into another meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped me have a convenient meeting tool, especially as a virtual assistant. Plus, I like the part that I need not be situated in an area with a plain background because I can just use a virtual background or just blur it.

What do you like best about the product?
We use this every morning to do our team brief where we have to go through a stats and information about how the day is gonna start and what we need to do and we never have a delay or any issues that were using this app
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I do find it sometimes there's a bit of an issue with sound so sometimes the sound doesn't work for everybody so I can be a bit distracting and had to continue with a call
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lately though we haven't received any problems using zoom it is being so much better and we use it quite a lot especially in Covid is the best thing that we could use in that time

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. I appreciate how zoom responded to all of the changing dynamics during the pandemic.

I honestly cannot think of anything right now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our church still has people that are not comfortable with in-person gatherings. So our Bible study is still on zoom. Not only does this allow us to "gather" safely, but we do not use up our gas driving to church. We have also recently made the decision to try to start a youth Bible Study, and we will do that on zoom.
