Very useful
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use, and it has tools that make our meetings very easy. I like that you can have remote control and share only your computer audio. It also requires low ram.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that on some computers. I can't use a virtual background without a green screen; when you try to use it, the background is all over your face. Also sometimes I can't minimize de window while recording
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives us a very useful tool to have meetings with the team and with clients. It is easy to use and the quality of the image is very nice, compared with other services.
Zoom use in small business and public entertainment
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom's ubiquitousness over the pandemic has made it easy to onboard any new user internally or externally. There are many features and options to customize the experience based on business needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
We desperately need a feature where a single global speaker can broadcast to multiple breakout rooms. Currently, a global speaker can share (without audio for some reason) video to break out rooms. We need the ability for a small group to interact with each other with video/audio as well as text chat while a global speaker talks, gives instructions, and offers questions for each group to answer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our business is fully remote with no central office. Zoom allows a more stable virtual meeting environment than similar products. Additionally, the annotate feature when screen sharing allows for crystal-clear communications, drawing attention to specific things, etc.
Best platform for Meeting
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing I like is that zoom is the best and easiest platform for internet-based video conferencing or meetings. It has various controls for admin. In comparison to others, it has the greatest video quality. It has multiple features like screen sharing, chatting and host controls which makes it best from others.
What do you dislike about the product?
Points are:
1. There are two many subscriptions and add-ons.
2. It has a lack of comment Control.
3. One has to download the app to use this.
Otherwise, app is good to use.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Once there was no meeting platform for video conferencing for group video calls for meetings and other features like screen recording. But now zoom have excellent facilities.

What do you like best about the product?
It is the best platform which connects us with many people professionally as well as personally very well. At a very far distance, we can still communicate amazingly and it feels like the person is with us only!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it got hang and we can not turn off Ads and Zoom started charging for meetings over 40 minutes but overall the best platform👍💯
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In Lockdown, when I was doing WFH the Zoom is the only fair tool which helped me in alot of secure bussiness meetings by providing best audio, video and screen sharing services! I connected with my loved ones also only through Zoom.
Zoom is the easiest way I've found to connect.

There are so many ways to use Zoom. I can use it to connect with a large group or just 2 people. I can even use it to go live on Facebook. I can share hosting with someone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only the host can record. In many instances, even if the host gives permission, I can't record the session. I don't seem to always save backgrounds I want to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to connect with others, either in a big meeting or just one on one. It's fast and easy to use. Breakout rooms are a great feature. I also love the chat for questions or side conversations.

What do you dislike about the product?
If I have Slack open, my screen will often blink on and off. If I quit Slack, that usually improves the situation. However, I sometimes have to close down other tabs/windows.

Appsembler has always been a distributed/remote team. Zoom helps us build and maintain a great workplace culture, in addition to all the typical internal and external meetings we have.
The best overall integrated platform
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom's live chat software provides valuable features, including HD video and audio calling, cross-platform chat, end-to-end encryption, mobile apps, and more. Zoom has advantages, but your company might need more tailored features, affordable tiers, or specific security measures.
The good news is that a variety of Zoom alternatives are available to you now that remote work is becoming more common and video meetings are the "new normal."

What do you dislike about the product?
The authentication is poor if a zoom agreement is not required to enroll in the class. Anyone who has the link can enroll in the course in this manner. The webcam sets require significant internet data usage during the session. Before even the session, the founder cannot be added; however, after the user joins, they must become the founder.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This device has aided in maintaining social connections, long-distance communication, attending class, and interacting with some of those providers for employment.
Definitely works (IMO) better than Teams
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using it since before the pandemic and it seems to have been keeping up well with people's needs and expectations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I get kicked off and I'm not sure the that event creation is always straight forward in the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Virtual events are great and they're not stopping. I think they'll be around for a while. What's great is having a platform to incorporate a staff training ppt but then also a celebratory/collaborative portion afterward.
Good tool, but could be more reliable
What do you like best about the product?
It's very convienient, and was a life-saver during the Covid lockdown, as we were doibng 100% live appointments for our financial services business before. We learned that with the right link, a user could enter our meetings without downloading the Zoom app. This let us connect even with people that had almost no technical computer knoweldge. This was a great option. We ran all of our semi-weekly trainings from Zoom for almost 2 years,
What do you dislike about the product?
It was not always reliable. It seems like around one out of 10 or 20 meetings, I would either get booted off for no reason, or it would take an extrordinarily long time to log into the meeting, only to get booted off instead of being let into it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped solve the problem of meeting with people during the lockdowns, and let us meet with people that either were immune compromised, and/or were not comfortable having a live face-to-face meeting. It also helped us not have to burn so much gas driving all over northeast Ohio on live appointments.
