best meeting application and most used at university
What do you like best about the product?
help us as a researcher to connect with students at the university and shear our courses during the period of covid and still we used now between our team in lab, until now its almost 4 years since I'm using it, also you can there is new thing new in the app and the other app they just copied zoom
What do you dislike about the product?
for there is nothing i can like I can say I prefer Zoom then google meet one of the problems I remember is the personal protection of the section and it's something important I want to see this app give more securété of use as a user and researcher

health problems because we see it useful as an app where you can work or assisted a conference from your home and also have you meeting is you need someone lives in other country I see like it's gain of money and effort too
Easy to use and helpful
What do you like best about the product?
The thing that id liked the most about Zoom is that it's easy to use and helpful we always use this if we have meetings, one-on-one coaching and if there's something or updates that need to be cascaded. Also, there's a room specific even though you are on the conference call, and you can use Zoom itself even though you don't have a login.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing against Zoom. It's just that it needs a bit of improvement for the website. Sometimes it's lags when you try to join a meeting or coaching session, but still tolerable and easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves a lot because our lives have become more accessible and manageable. We always use this when we have meetings and updates about our job. Also, when you need something, you must raise your virtual hands, and someone will answer your questions.
Best Platform for Meetings
What do you like best about the product?
It is a very easy to use and widely-known meeting platform. Its user interface is good and recording are pretty high quality. I'd say its the best platform out there.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some certain features are hard to find and hard to use. Unless you are working with someone who has previous knowledge, you may struggle to use all the necessary features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can study from home with Zoom. Sometimes my teachers or coordinators don't have a free time to meet with me face to face so with Zoom I can arrange a metting anytime anywhere.
Essential for my remote work
What do you like best about the product?
Because I am a fully remote employee, Zoom is a vital tool for speaking with my coworkers and customers. It's also incredibly useful to me because I often record meetings for notetaking purposes, and Zoom allows me to upload these recordings to the Cloud, and even transcribes them!
What do you dislike about the product?
If there is a way to transcribe recordings that are saved locally, I haven't been able to find that functionality. I have accidentally saved recordings to my computer rather than the Cloud, and they weren't transcribed, as far as I can tell.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows me to meet with coworkers and customers remotely. It's easier than communicating over phone and less expensive and time consuming than traveling to meet face-to-face. Zoom also allows me to record meetings and transcribes them so that I don't have to relisten to the entire recording when I am going over my notes.

I like that I can do background filters. It is enjoyable to do.

There were times that it was lagged. It impacts my work sometimes

It solves the problem of transportation as I no longer need to travel for meeting since I can do it online.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is reliable. I rarely get booted off. I like that I can use it to record videos/trainings and quickly share with others. Backgrounds are awesome, blur mode is my favorite, and "touch up" face saves me from showering and putting on make-up daily. I think that's the best feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could be alerted before calls if I need to update/install a new version of Zoom. It's not ideal to find out right at the time your call starts or when you are running a minute late.

Allowing me to collaborate across teams/timezones, etc.

I feel it will be better if Zoom enables breakout rooms admin settings effectively on mobile to operate the meetings efficiently. While zoom launches impressive features, it takes time to roll out features on mobile.

Endless meetings over Zoom during covid helped us execute a smooth corporate environment. While covid-19 brought a lot of disconnects, Zoom made sure to zoom into productivity and enhance every sector, from education to corporate to comedy shows. It was a covid savior for us. Also I take my PGDM classes on zoom
