Zoom Conference Software
What do you like best about the product?
I use it on my workplace in PepsiCo specially in chat. It is really funtional day by day because we can chat trough it and trough groups, schedule meetings that attached to my email software and shows in the calendar, so it makes the workday more efficient
What do you dislike about the product?
Rarely it bugs, but on the 2 years I've been using it in my workplace, I have ever had a problem with Zoom, it is really easy and comfortable to use no matter if you are Gen Z or a Boomer
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use to be on a 100% home office environment, when I enter to the company, I receive all the trainings and courses trough zoom, now a days, it doesn't matter we are in the office and others at home, we can connect trough videoconferences in case we need to solve a situation or have a quick conversation, as well as long meetings. Also, the company uses zoom to Townhalls, so every co-worker can be on the meeting, sometimes more that 600+ people on a meeting.

What do you like best about the product?
It's simple to use.With its well-known user-friendly interface, Zoom is popular among a variety of users, from small businesses to individuals. Even those with no technical expertise can easily participate in or host a meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Security issues In the past, I have dealt with a number of security and privacy issues, including concerns about end-to-end encryption, data breaches, and unauthorized access to meetings. Even if the company has taken action to remedy these problems, some of our customers might still be concerned about the security of the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Distance and geographic restrictions are removed through Zoom, which enables real-time communication between people in various locations. This helps us when dealing with some of our clients who are in the convenience of their homes or offices, as well as with multinational organizations.

What do you like best about the product?
It is fast, high quality audio and video in meetings, less expensive and highky featured product in video conferencing domain. Will recommend it to everyone who needs such type of features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes glitches in the meetings call. Overall, it was a good experience in using the zoom platform and is best for all types of sectors due to its high scalability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting Virtually with the people in efficient way while fulfilling many of the needs. Sharing files and folders with the team Meeting is also good and it boosts the productivity.
Best Virtual Meeting Space
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Zoom allows me to be present in a meeting or host a meeting in a virtual world without being physically present. I work and go to school from home using my laptop, so this allows me to be able to interact with my colleagues and peers. I also use Zoom for my child's speech therapy and my mental therapy. I like that I can change skin tones using the reaction buttons, as well as change screen layouts, and change backgrounds using a filter. Zoom platform can be used on a computer as well as a mobile device, which is great for when I am traveling.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have anything to mention as far as a dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, I am using Zoom as a virtual attendance method during my online schooling. My children are also homeschooled and they use Zoom during their class sessions.

Zoom is very helpful and personal because you get to put a name to a face via video call.

Sometimes the glitches can cause tech issues but for the most part-there are not many issues.

An excellent and essential tool for remote work
What do you like best about the product?
Works well with minimal issues, cross platform support, advanced settings but not overly complicated.

The Linux client can be a bit finicky sometimes...

Zoom lets us work as a team remotely effectively.

I love the ease of using Zoom. It has many features, like break out rooms, white boards, and such to help make the meetings more interactive. Overall, it is just a great system to use.

I honestly don't have any issues with zoom thus far. I have been using it for 5+ years and have not had issues with functionality or anything. Just a great system.

My company is very remote based, so my colleagues and I are all over the US. Zoom brings us together in a way that we don't feel so far apart, we can feel like a team!

Helpful in maintaining tasks and schedules in calender wise, which is verry easy for reminding

Not accesable in few countries, were we are psuhed to use other meeting platforms
