What do you like best about the product?
Zoom it's an easy-to-use interface and is relatively intuitive. Automatic recording for meeting reviews or post-meeting note taking, screen sharing and remote control, easy affordable plans.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say I like zoom cloud meetings. The limited time is 40 minutes to finish a session, and sometimes it's very much delayed. Also, zoom is an inconsistent cloud file.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom provides easy collaboration and participant control and purchases with no hidden fees. Zoom gets 100 participants together on the video to have a one-to-one meeting.

What do you like best about the product?
Features are easy. Chat. Whiteboard. Sharing. Sharing different screens, different applications, don't have to share it all. BREAKOUTS are super easy. People in the waiting room is nice. Muting others.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you mute everyone on entry, can't figure out how they take themselves off. Chatting in the breakouts - wish we could give instructions to people while they are in the breakouts, not just the short chats. Be able to share white boards from break out rooms back to main room. More allowances if we go over users infrequently.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do all my work virtual. Making it the "norm" to be on video. Zoom has made it the same as a phone call. I would rather zoom that talk on the phone. It is reasonably priced for a small business user.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom makes it easy to schedule calls, easy to notify and invite attendees, and easy to record for future reference.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly cannot think of any problems I have with Zoom
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing me to be more efficient by holding meetings wherever I am, instead of having to drive to a location. It also helps me with meeting minutes as I can easily record and return back to them to create my minutes.
A rare product that does what it says it does
What do you like best about the product?
The recording quality is tremendous. It happens in the background at conclusion of a call so I can move quickly onto other activities. Also - the host features just work. I'm able to transfer control to others seamlessly, engage in discussions and chats and control the room easily while presenting content.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most of my issues with earlier releases of Zoom have been resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has been invaluable to continue servicing customers affected by the pandemic and allowing us to continue with software implementation projects in a timely manner.
I zoom for meetings with my clients
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, can share screen on, work on a normal internet connection, does not require very good internet connection. Easy to set up meetings and the free trial is commendable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The feature of accessing other computers remotely can be improved, the whiteboard only has one font style, and the video and sound quality is not as good as MS Teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows me to connect with anyone from anywhere at any time easily. I can share my screen, I can help my co-workers and clients by accessing their systems remotely. And because of its free trial and easy-to-use interface, I don't hear that "I can't use this software because I don't have a credit card or I don't know how to use it".
ZOOM has provided me with a connection to my followers and taking my group to a whole new level
What do you like best about the product?
ZOOM allows me to have a connection to my group all over the country and in Canada. I can teach many more people and interact in a better environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sign in process is difficult for my group to get in if they are not technologically experienced

I am not quite sure about new problem solving efforts

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is the best video conferencing software. It provides us with very good quality video conferencing and meetings. It also has the benefit of scheduling meetings. Its high-quality video conferencing makes it incomparable to its competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes during a video call, the server starts buffering. They need a better software update to make it stable and balanced. Yes, I would like to see improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom was working on their software to make it stable. It helps a lot by providing high-quality video calls and a schedule video call option. Yes, it makes me more productive. Yes, it increased my business performance significantly.
Excellent Meeting app
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom App is majorly used as meeting app this app help us during covid lockdown to perform meeting and complete task without personal meeting. Zoom provide a good platform for meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom app need all the acssess to run which sometimes feel not required as per meeting. Meeting conducted smoothly on zoom. If possible remove extra approval from app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom app help me in conducting meeting help me and my colleague to be safe in covid duration. Everything go smoothly with this app. This is like you are meeting with colleagues in personal.
Gold standard for video conferencing
What do you like best about the product?
Simple to set-up meetings, connectivity with Outlook. Quality of conference connections are good. Seems feature rich.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love that the actual video conference opens in a separate window and generally takes several seconds to get into a conference. Some other platforms eg google meet also have better functionality for screen share.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Less travel, more meetings, more productive.
An answer to dependable video meetings
What do you like best about the product?
Consistency and integration of the service. With some other providers, the resolution or connection can sometimes be spotty; additionally Zoom integrates with some key services we use like Calendly and Slack.
What do you dislike about the product?
In some cases, the service requires you to update at inconvenient times -- Other than this I have no real dislikes about Zoom. Price not rising would also be nice here.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Interacting with our clients across timezomes, and being able to reach more clients is helpful. We also are more productive as a team by quickly jumping into Zoom to run through an issue.
