What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is helpful to get face to face with potential clients. It's also helpful by allowing a format to hold team and or company meetings when your not available to show up at the office.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's been a couple of times where I can't sign into the zoom meetings with the correct id and password. Sometimes I've been unmuted without doing it myself but overall it functions really well
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has been huge every since Covid happened. My office is open for either remote or in office work, it's helpful to feel included and as if your not missing out on anything if you can't show up to the office.
Best platform for team and client meetings
What do you like best about the product?
The breadth of features Zoom has are one of the most impressive features to me. The Interactiveness of the platform is compared to none.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my country Zoom is not really stable when it comes to network . So it's choppy and the meetings don't run as smoothly as they should.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easy for me to have detailed conversations with my team and my clients from the confort of their homes
Zoom is really provide a best connection platform.
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has in-meeting chat feature that I like most. You can message publicly or you can message privately so only the persons can see your message. And also the video quality is too good.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are nothing to bad stuff. But just a thing I did not like is if you have connect break and you got disconnected from meeting then you need permission to join that again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom help us to conduct quick meetings. even we are doing scrum on it. And the meeting recording feature is really quite awesome.

Can save contacts and missed call records are saved and also we receive alerts via emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
Recording editing are a bit difficult to perform

Can add more than 100 users to a call without hassle.

It's UI nad UX is great.UX design helps alot while using it.

It's load time is worse.It take too much time to load when with the low bandwidth.
