What is our primary use case?

I use it for everything, including my personal uses. To meet clients outside of Microsoft Teams, I use Zoom. Also, I use it for meetings in general with clients, volunteer work for meeting people across the world and trying to do different things on the platform. So, it helps me have conversations while trying to figure out how we can help other people. I don't think there's a day that I don't use them. I use it every time.

What is most valuable?

There are a lot of features in the solution. Besides the fact that you can speak with anyone from across the world, you can also see each other. Also, I really appreciate being able to record whatever is being set on Zoom, especially when I can use it for the onboarding process. So, I have such case scenarios and examples. I think that's one of the main features I love about Zoom.


What needs improvement?

I think Zoom should be introduced for the phone because we can use it on its own. I guess graphic design or the user experience they provide can be changed. The design could be changed. I find it kind of difficult to use Zoom, especially with clients and co-workers, friends and family who do not like to use Zoom on their phones because it's hard or difficult compared to a laptop. One of the main concerns is the difficulty of using it on your mobile device.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using Zoom since COVID started, which was 2020. I am using Zoom Version 5.14.8. I am a user of the solution.


What do I think about the stability of the solution?

The only time it lags is when we are in a bad spot for Wi-Fi, so it depends on where I'm working. Suppose I'm working at a cafe or maybe at an airport. Also, since I am a graphic web designer, if I have too much storage being taken up, it will lag to the point where I have to move things onto a different desktop so that viewing can be used. So I think that's another kind of issue that I'm having. I'm trying to figure out if that's on my side or if it is an ongoing issue at the moment.


How are customer service and support?

I had to contact customer service and support a couple of times, but I think there were a couple of times when Zoom itself contacted me. I think it had crashed once, but they had emailed me saying that if I was experiencing something, it would take about twenty-four hours to be fixed.

How was the initial setup?

The initial setup was very easy.

What was our ROI?

The solution is worth the money.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

I am paying to use the solution. I am making yearly payments. So, I am paying 250 USD a year.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

Zoom is very efficient for everyone since it's very easy to use. Even if they don't have the app, I can send them a link to them, and it opens up. I know, for the different people that I work with, that such things may be a little bit old, and I say this because I am not tech-savvy. It's something I can rely on, and I know it is easier to use. I don't use Skype because I've never really trusted it over the years. The only other virtual meetings I used to do were on Microsoft Teams, but that's really just for, like, my budget. Zoom can be used by those who are not tech-savvy.


What other advice do I have?

To others, I would say that it is a great platform to be able to meet other people. It's a great way of communication, and we're able to get instant results. Also, it's great for the conference solution. You can share data. So, I would definitely recommend it to others for sure.

I honestly love the solution owing to how I can share my meetings and my screens. There is even a game feature we use, and it is helpful since my family is spread across the world. So I just love how we, like, really made it easier for me for people everywhere.

Overall, I rate the solution a ten out of ten.

Zoom is Great for Counseling Sessions!

I like video recording my counseling sessions with clients and then sending them for review.

Honestly, there isn't much to dislike about Zoom!

What do you like best about the product?
I am using Zoom for 4 years, when I am in school. Its helps us to study in Lockdown for my online classes.

It uses a lot of data and lags. Please fix it soon as possible

What do you like best about the product?
Excellent security features and much better than MS Teams. Ease of use and UI is exceptional. Has led to a lot of cost savings in terms of travel reduction and time spent.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not used industry wide by many organizations. Integration only available with google calendar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Virtual meetings saving business overheads and expenses. It helps in being productive and we have seen an increase in business and team performance. The security features are above industry standard.

What do you like best about the product?
what I like best about Zoom is its flexibility. I can easily jump on a video call with my team, no matter where we are in the world. Plus, I love how intuitive it is to use. The interface is user-friendly and it's easy to share my screen or collaborate with others in real-time. Oh, and the virtual background feature is a lifesaver for those days when my workspace isn't exactly photo-ready. Overall, I think Zoom is a fantastic tool for staying connected and getting work done.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, there's nothing really I dislike about zoom. The only thing that I can think of that is even remotely related to a dislike is that if you don't have a green screen, the background usage may be a LITTLE BIT off... but barely.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work remotely and thanks to zoom, I can connect with clients and peers in my industry from any part of the world. it has become the #1 tool I use alongside calendly. Those two together are the best combination out there for remote meetings.

I'm always using zoom as for interviews and meetings, I don't think there's a downside about zoom, maybe the uncontrollable sounds that can hear in your sorroundings that's the one I dislike about using zoom it can be heard to others

You can actually see virtually, of your colleagues and you can share easily and and connects everyone if there' is an urgent meetings
