What do you like best about the product?
Zoom optimises my connection to colleagues, lecturers and peers while keeping a stable platform in order to share and progress. In comparison to other similar platforms, Zoom is my go to video link for meetings

Nothing I dislike about Zoom. I have never had a bad experience using this communication platform

What do you like best about the product?
I like the practicality of the platform for communication, great video and voice compression, resulting in quality in conferences, in addition to the interactive whiteboard that greatly supports the presenter.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don't like is that the free meetings are only 40 minutes, at least one hour could be offered for the free plan
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has solved the problem of distance, we can communicate without problem with any regional office in the world and that is a great advantage over email

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is providing a very good video quality in low network as well . Even in rural area where the network is not that much good zoom is providing you the best video quality and it's user friendly as well

I am using zoom from more than 3 years but there is no any such type of a thing that I really don't like everything is very easy and user friendly so according to my prospective their is nothing that they should improve

Earlier zoom was not that much good but now they have improved their stability in low network and the background hider as well . It's not that much good now it's ever good we can use and start the video conference as well

Zoom Workplace could improve by optimizing performance on lower-end devices, simplifying the interface for easier feature access, and offering more value in free/basic plans. Stronger privacy controls for third-party apps, better hybrid workflow integrations, and tools to reduce meeting fatigue would also enhance the user experience.

Zoom is a video conferencing and online collaboration platform that has solved several communication and connectivity challenges, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic and in remote work scenarios.

The features and high quality of the video is what I liked the most while using zoom, it supports alot of in built apps which are helpful while video conferencing.

The pricing of the app is a turn off for me and the time limit related to free subscription is also what makes me look for other alternatives rest it is a very good app to use

It increases employees' productivity while traveling one can join important conferences. Zoom provides a screen-sharing feature that helps to present information to other employees.
