Super convenient and we'll designed
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to have meetings remotely and the convenience of working from home or the office. The meetings are usually well created and the time that is saved by doing it remotely is great for everyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside to Zoom is that you don't have the face to face interaction and the ability to make your precense felt nor the other person's. There is something to be said about live interaction.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are solving time management issues, and saving money on travel expenses. Instead of having to travel via car, plane, bus, whatever the case may be, it is a huge expense that is being cut back.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to use for anyone. It can be used on various devices like laptop, tablet, mobile and it supports in wide range of operating system. It offers various features like screen sharing, white boarding, breakout rooms that helps to work users in real time and can able to share information more effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom may not provide high level of security and privacy. It faces security breach issues or unauthorized access to meetings. Also it requires high speed internet connectivity for better performance. It may not offer a better customization as compared to other applications that are designed to use in industries.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps people to work from home or if they are at any location. It is easy to use for webinars, online meeting across the world. It can help travel expenses or other expenses by scheduling online meetings intead of meeting with in-person.

What do you like best about the product?
The best software on a global scale conference.
What do you dislike about the product?
Based on experience only. Late log-in windows/video per country sometimes disappear or you can not see another participant visually.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom's pro account has many useful features to make meetings and training sessions interactive like the chat, emojis, reactions, participants' views and permissions they have, webinar options, and breakout rooms. It also has reporting and permission features available to have more control over how and who manages a meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only the primary meeting host can download a report for that specific meeting link. It also requires that breakout rooms be predetermined when creating the meeting, but it can't be entirely modified once the session has started.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has reports to track meeting attendance and features to make training sessions more interactive. It also allows many people to join a meeting and has a webinar feature to help address different company activities.

Best solution to meet co-located team members on call
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom provides the best quality video and audio experience on call. We can schedule our meeting as a video conference and share files during the session. Both the host and co-host can control the session. Another thing is we could divide the team members into different groups to perform the tasks assigned during the session without quitting the meeting. This is one of the best solutions I have used.
What do you dislike about the product?
I felt like it takes some time to load the application. It may differ from OS to OS, I think. Apart from this, I feel it's a good application.

Zoom helped to meet the co-located team members on call to take the training.
Amazing Connectivity
What do you like best about the product?
You can connect with your clients who are sitting across 7 oceans. Best feature is that a one can record the meeting and share the same with anyone. Very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike about it. i mean I am using it around more than 5 years and still I will recommend every one to use it for study or work purpose. Very easy and reliable to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped me to cover my studies I Covid time and when I was working for home so it helped me to showcase my work to my clients and helped me to earn money in the very painful time of covid.
Good experience but could improve
What do you like best about the product?
The video is good. It has features to compose. The audio is always good as well. It's easy to navigate between buttons, and very intuitive as well. The room can have a lot of people at the same time without a limited time.
What do you dislike about the product?
It bothers me that my audio and camera are open whenever I enter a meeting. We should get to choose before.

We can arrange a meeting and extend it as long as needed in the same room. People can enter and out quickly; the sharing is intuitive, and the tools are helpful.
